Fraud Company!

I ordered one cushioned chair for my kid. They had put a very big advertisement on the internet. I was impressed by it and placed my order. They delivered used, dirty soiled product, the cushion was torn and the paint on the metal was peeled off. It looked like as if it was picked up from trash which is discarded by someone! Customer care people do not respond. They simply promise that they will resolve the issue. It is big fraud!

Worst experience ever. My products have not reached me for over a month and a half. And they are just not ready to refund my money. Looks more like a bogus company.

Extremely bad company I ordered a…

Extremely bad company I ordered a mattress and it never arrived. I Waited in for days to ensure I was home to recieve it, its a week late to arrive and I checked the tracking to be told it was held by courier. I contact the company and they say it was returned to them and no explanation given to me as to the reason why. I was not even informed about this. When informing customer service I was told they wont send me a replacement one via express delievery when I have already waited 2 weeks and it didn't arrive. Appalling customer service and no care for the inconvenience caused.

home essentials is a FRAUD & SCAM

homeessentials is the worst brand we have ever purchased from. Lid of the pan we ordered was dented on 2 sides and after waiting for a week for replacement lid we received the new lid with even more dents than previous one. After this they stopped responding to messages and calls and simply ignored our complaints. AVOID these scam artists at all costs and whats more important is that their products are average and there is nothing outstanding about them. We have seen companies return coffee mugs with scratches than these fraudsters who stole over 1.5k for a damaged product.

Worst Product & Worst Company – Big Cheat!

I purchased the toy storage tube (order Id: 766049) from Home Essentials and it’s one of the worst buys ever. The quality is pathetic – the tube is made of an extremely thin, flimsy plastic sheet that feels like it will break any moment. It’s so lightweight that it can’t hold up properly, and to top it off, the material is a complete scratch magnet. Installation is a nightmare – not at all easy as shown in the product images. What you see online is totally misleading!

The bigger issue is their dishonest return policy. The product page clearly mentioned a 48-hour return option, but when I requested a return, they outright declined saying it’s not their policy. If that’s the case, then why mislead customers with false claims? This is nothing but a BIG CHEAT company tricking buyers with fake promises.

Terrible product. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a wardrobe to be sent one…

I ordered a wardrobe to be sent one with faults, they took a while to rectify this but they did eventually. I received my second one today with parts missing. It's an absolute joke so now j have to wait 5 more days to receive the missing parts after waiting 4 weeks for a wardrobe.

Worst online platform.

Worst online platform.
They exchange / refund their products bought from Amazon. But when directly bought from them they done exchange / refund. Never ever shop on this platform u will be duped. Atleast Amazon helps but this guys are thieves.
Today all online platforms offer exchange and return. This guys are absurd

Extremely disappointed with HomeEssentials. I ordered a curtain set and what I received was of the cheapest quality imaginable — thin, cheap plastic made, and nothing like what was shown in the pictures. To make matters worse, they have no refund or return policy, so I’m stuck with a product I can’t even use. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this brand to anyone. Stay away! 👎

If there was option I would give zero. Should have thought twice about website with no phone contact details. Has not delivered item for 12 days and watsapp customer service appears to be run by a robot. AVOID!

Homebizessentials (mydeal) deserves NO star

Homebizessentials (mydeal.com.au) deserves NO star.
I recently purchased a hair product from HomebizEssential, and to my disappointment, it turned out to be a fake. I contacted their customer service, and while they did reply, it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received a refund. Even worse, they expect the customer to cover the cost of returning the product, which is completely unfair. This company’s practices are dishonest, and I strongly advise against buying anything from them. They are essentially stealing from customers. Save yourself the hassle and avoid HomebizEssential at all costs.
