We are a company working out of Hadleigh and use Neil for all our business and personal IT needs. Not only is he exceptional at his job. He is also very approachable and reassures you that nothing is too much trouble. He always does his very best to help and give guidance where needed.
Neil really cares about what he does, and it shows in the excellent service he provides.

I first made contact with Neil regarding a problem with a laptop in 2009 - this turned out to be one of the most useful calls I have ever made ! He immediately resolved this problem and since then has supplied me with two new laptops and a printer and maintained these items as necessary on an annual basis. If any issues arise in the interim he is only a phone call away to resolve them. Neil at Home Computer Services is highly recommended by me - he is in my view exceptional and gives excellent customer service.

Neil is the most recommendable person I know. It's easy to tell others about him and suggest they use his knowledge and skills because he is simply excellent. I have known him for in excess of 10 years and I have in that time called on him many times to maintain my computer and help me resolve problems. He has built two computers for me and I have nothing but praise to heap upon him for what he does and the way he runs his business. He is a truly lovely person and he cares greatly about his customers. I honestly don't know what I would do if he wasn't there and as you can tell from this review I cannot say enough good things about him.

Neil has done a number of jobs for us over the years, from building a new computer to servicing our existing computers, both desk-top and lap-top. The service has always been excellent and provided with a smile. He turns around the job as quickly as possible and provides sound advice. I would strongly recommend him.

Neil has looked after our 2 desktops & laptop for several years now & is always efficient & resourceful.

Up to 2020 they were used for business as well as domestic functions, so it was essential that the job gets turned round quickly. This was certainly not the case with is predecessor, who seemed oblivious to such things as e-mail & voicemail.

The most recent issue we had was twofold.

1) There was a need to submit a once only password to continue use of the AOL account, but AOL did not tell its customers, so we mysteriously stopped getting e-mails. He knew about this and how to access the password.

2) Neil's predecessor had set up our website but, unbeknown to us, still held the top level password; if he were to be run over by a bus, that could prove inconvenient, to say the least.

Neil managed to negotiate with Go Daddy, the owners of the domain, to seize control and leave it in our hands.

I have known Neil for many years and he has always been most helpful in sorting out computer problems in a language that I could understand. However daft my problem he was always happy to help, get sorted and not make an unreasonable charge. Highly recommended
