Please don't get fooled by Homebell your best option find another one, the system here not allow me to give less than one star sadly... To those who has still doubts take a look on trustpilot to see what the other victims experienced,

The service from Homebell itself was ok,
However the plasterer that has been sent on their behalf has performed a very poor job.
We agreed on smooth plastering and painting of the bedroom walls and ceilings. The plastering wasn't smooth at all and the painter painted over everything without any preparation of the surface. So we contacted the plasterer/painter. They sent somebody for repairs and he touched up on some spots. When told that it still wasn't smooth he said we were to demanding. In the end we gave up and signed of on the job because we were tired and did not have time to wait for more repairs. The bathroom was plastered to make tiling more easy. But this was a disaster, dents over the whole height of the walls 1,5 cm deep.... a lot of glue...
We got a discount, but that doesn't make up for the poor performance.

Extremely great customer experience. Everything was taken care of by very skilled workers. Certainly will come back for other jobs!

No complaints at all.
Everything was done to specifications.
The only thing is that the time / days were not completely kept to

Well, where do I start. I will try to put in a honest review here.

I contracted HomeBell to do laminate work for my newly constructed house.

Pros:
- Speak in English

Cons:
- Deceptive company. Make sure that the you read the initial offer contract thoroughly before you accept it. HomeBell will make a lot of mistakes in their offers, and will later try to make you pay for any changes.
- Delivered wrong products to my house 4 times. Once they sent Parquet instead of Laminate. The other 3 times, they sent the wrong sockelliesten (skirting boards).
- They changed the start date for the work 3 times.
- The work was planned for 1 week. It took them 5 weeks to complete it.
- Firma Witzmann, the company that HomeBell subcontracted are not master craftsmen. They are very unprofessional, and do very poor quality of work. They don't work full days and complete the work in very small parts. For instance, on some days they worked for 2 or 3 hours. Also, they forget to bring their own vacuum cleaner and tools. They will give every excuse possible to avoid work / correcting their mistakes. They will make a lot of mistakes and they will try to find shortcuts to fix them later.
- HomeBell will take advantage of you in case you are not from Germany or unsure of your German Consumer Rights. Only after I wrote a formal letter "Bitte um ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der Arbeiten", did they manage to finish the work before the final 2 weeks deadline.

Even though they offered me a discount on the final price because of their delays, the whole experience with HomeBell has been sour.

If you still prefer to hire HomeBell do it at your own risk. Make sure it is not Firma Witzmann that HomeBell sends you. You will have a lot of issues with this company.

Customer service totally absent.
Called 5 times and every time they promised to call me back.
I had to call again the next day, and meanwhile my laminate was placed and the handyman gone.
The handyman never placed a laminate plank before.
To fix a previous problem, he created a new, bigger one.

2 months to have the laminate placed poorly.
No way I'll recommend homebell to any other friend.

UPDATE: we have agreed to a reimbursement for the inconvenience of what described above. At least they showed some good willing to settle the issues. hopefully this was one off case.

I had requested to get the facade to my house renovated. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The painter was professional and the results compared to the price paid absolutely fair.

Friendly service, that has great help to offer at any circumstances. After my contractor did not show up at the confirmed hour Homebell was able to get in touch with him so that the job started only 1 hour later. Also the job was finished on time and the result looks really great! Finally I can enjoy sitting in my kitchen again

Well done Homebell! My project went as I wished. It would be great, if I could have chosen from a broader selection of hardwood floor. Still 5 out of 5 stars!

I am a contractor and did a project for Homebell in the United States and they took the money from the customer and did not pay me when the job was completed They say they are now filing for bankruptcy just in the US market. I am now out the money for materials and my labor. They took food out of my children's mouths. Do not trust them they are a shady company.

Not satisfied with the painting of dormer. No feedback email complaints! Scandalous. Cost € 800. A lot of money!

It's a great service. For moving out of my apartment I head to re-paint the apartment. Throughout the process I was helped by a friendly and helpful person who send me a painter from the region. The prices were okay for the quality delivered. I will try to use Homebell for doing the flooring in my new apartment.

These guys did an amazing job. I will definitely use them again.

You tried and met my time constraints. The Painters you sent me were EXCELLENT!! Professional, Neat, Clean, personable And did a BEAUTIFUL JOB!! Four colors painted beautifully and borders of rooms are great!!! I can't say enough about Jeff and his Son. They are EXCELLENT!!! Please send them to other clients in the area!!! GREAT WORK!!! I have patches in my ceilings. I had to tell the man to paint over parts. Amateur. Never again

I worked with Jennifer Waxman from Homebell for my interior house painting and could not be more satisfied. She found me a reliable painter, a competitive price, great communication throughout the process and quick follow up with any questions or issues I had.
