NOT Med3/Med5 Compatible
Users and customers should be advised. If your workplaces sickness policy requires a Med3 or Med5 Fit Note - Home2Lab sick notes DO NOT meet this criteria. They do not make this clear and infact mis-lead potential service users in making them believe their sick notes are accepted by all employers. This is not the case. You will also not receive a refund. I also have not received a response to an email it's been several days.

I wanted to have numerous peth tests to show my low alcohol consumption however the extremely slow delivery and the 15 days I had to wait for the results made it impossible. The latest one I ordered still hasn't arrived and I ordered it 10 days ago. I've had no replies to my three emails I've sent either.

Fast and reliable
Worked with them a couple of times, service was reliable and fast, also had an issue once an contacted their customer service, they were swift and open fixed my issue.
