Easy to deposit money, hard to withdraw. It’s been more than two weeks since I started to process to set up the withdrawal account, still waiting. Online chat keeps dropping, replying to messages are slow or non responsive. The phone number seems to be unstaffed - every time I called I get “all agents are busy, please wait. You are number one in line…”

We were having a difficult time, completing the necessary forms and sending documents to Saxo.
Then we had Shivam on the phone and he was marvellous; he was patient and constructive and very helpful. We were so relieved to be able to complete our transaction.

This is the most unprofessional company…
This is the most unprofessional company in the finance world. No support, any reps connection is useless as all they do is collect info and send it off to some unknown internal person. 5 days later some idiotic responses come from back office/compliance. No understanding of the issues, zero inters in keeping clients. No way to obtain any clarification. For more than a month I have been trying to correct basic information on my file which Saxo put there in error. Still not fixed. God forbid to have any dispute with them about any money matter. Will move to another broker

Experince with Saxo Trading Platform
In my personal experience/opinion while they have some pricing advantage, they have really poor process in place. I believe customer's interest is last in its list of interests ( Personal opinion ).
My account had CFD positions that breached margin. Without even notifying me, they sold of the whole CFD and I incurred severe losses. A simple SMS or an Email to fund the account could have gone long way. When I called the tech support they said I should have kept looking at the account constantly in these volatile times.
Their ability to notify the customer about the account is dismally poor in my opinion . As a policy they dont send SMSs and proper notifications is what I understood from the conversation .
My personal recommendation is to stay away from this institution and invest in a more reliable operator.
