Genuine and efficient
I was apprehensive as to whether this company was genuine as the deal was very good. So I checked out and found that it was a legitimate company. The profesionalism and helpfulness of the staff Arya was outstanding and she answered all our queries, dealt securely and gave us the flight confirmation and ATOL certificates. Honeymooners first time booking with Holiday Bay
Arya was incredibly helpful so informative and professional in helping us choose our Honeymoon destination. Right from the very start , she said I’ll try my best to make it a memorable experience. We booked China & Japan with her. Arya sent us on so many hotels for us to choose from in both locations providing us with hotels in great locations & at a great price too. She is very professional, extremely quick through What’s App and lovely to deal with ,very pleasant lady . We are so looking forward to our Honeymoon . Without doubt booking my dream multi location holiday with Holiday Bay has been a pleasure. I spotted a bargain on line & tentatively made contact to request details. Within minutes I was in contact with Shane. It wasn't long before I was asking all sorts of questions & making changes to the advertised itinerary to suit me. Nothing was too much trouble for Shane . Whatever I suggested, he instantly made it happen. He was extremely patient , always prompt to to reply, extremely pleasant and so knowledgeable. He didn't clock off when it got late, he didn't pressurise me or try to change my mind. His own suggestions were always spot on . Whatever I asked for, he just sorted it without fuss and at a very reasonable price. My dream holiday is now booked and I owe an enormous debt of gratitude to Shane who's excellent knowledge, experience, efficiency, patience and amazing Customer Service made it happen. Thank you.

20 nights in Thailand
Our family just back from holiday to Thailand. We booked 20 nights in 5 different locations and thanks to Holiday Bay, and specially to Rex, who organised everything from the flights, to the hotels, transfers and boats.
