Brochures won't stop.
The cruise to Norway was good. Gluten free food was not. But the relentless holiday brochures are so annoying. We have cancelled several times but they still arrive. My husband cancelled so they sent them to me. I cancelled so we both get them now. STOP SENDING US BROCHURES. WE ARE NOT COMING BACK.
Now they want me to email again to stop them. I have got so fed up I am just going to return them.

Amazing holiday
Everything was very well organised. The hotel and boat staff were very friendly. The tour guide was brilliant, always keeping an eye on everyone. The Egyptologist was exceptional, I probably won't remember a third of what he told us but thoroughly enjoyed every trip. This was our first escorted trip with Saga and will definitely do it again.

Cairo, Alexandra and Nile Cruise
We thoroughly recommend this holiday! Even if you only have a mild interest in the temples etc. Every day held a new experience. John, our Egyptologist guide, had endless knowledge, and our Tour Manager, Ayman, was always with us to ensure everyone was happy, both were extremely respectful and helpful. We even had a Q&A session one afternoon for any queries we had about the Egyptian way of life. Sailing down the Nile at sunset was something I will never forget. The daily trips to see the temples were timed to encounter the least crowds as far as possible which made the early mornings worth it! Thank you Ayman and John!

Despite travelling around the world…
Despite travelling around the world with Saga over many years we were very sad about our experience this afternoon. My husband has a faulty knee replacement joint it appears and we had just been told it must be replaced. We have booked to go to Sicily in May and rang Saga hoping to move our trip to September so that his surgery can be completed asap. This request was refused and our attention was drawn to the terms and conditions that say we would lose over £2500 if we cancelled. No exceptions. We cannot afford to lose this money so we’ll defer surgery and he will limp through the holiday which, incidentally, was booked a year ago to celebrate our Golden Wedding.
