Made Quick call to book service and MOT for KIA Picanto. Ron handled the process very politely and efficiently.

Booked a service on-line and MOT for Monday 11th 2026 but had a call from Ron Eskdale explaining there was no MOT slots that day he was very apologetic and said there was availability on Thursday 14th 2026 and sorted me a good time 10-30am for me to bring vehicle to Holdens I thanked him for quickly sorting this out in a verry pleasant and informative manner.

Phone answered immediately, spoke to Ron who knew about my service history, explained the cost and nature of the survey required and was able to offer me a convenient time slot!

I spoke to Lisa Henry to arrange a service for my Volvo and she was helpful, professional and a great communicator. The whole process was so straightforward and it was lovely to experience such a high standard of customer service, which is rare these days!

I called Kia to arrange a service for my car. A gentleman called Matt dealt with my call. He was both professional and accommodating of my complex needs for the service. Being new to the area I didn’t know if there was easy access to the city whilst my car was serviced. Matt provided service metaphorically speaking ‘Service with a smile’, which goes a long way for me.
