I bought a Ford Fiesta. The service and help was exceptional. I met two of the sales team who were helpful but not pushy. From test driving the car to buying it was a lovely experience. I would recommend this dealership.

Today we went in to enquire about a Ford we had seen on the website. We were greeted with excellent and honest customer service, it was clear to see the service advisor, Mike, knew the cars on sale well and was really clear with supporting and advising us to a car that met all our needs.
The cars were clean and well looked after, we test drove the car and fell in love with it. Excellent information regarding the warranty and extra options available to keep the car as perfect as it can be. Thank you for making the experience of buying a car stress free and exciting!

Part ex'd my Honda crv FH18TTV to them for £11,000. It's now up for £15,000. Draw your own conclusions folks?
My new car from them was not properly cleaned. I spent four hours detailing it. My local car wash would have done a far better job, both inside and out for £15.

As well as being serviced, it had been washed and the interior cleaned…. which I did not expect!

Booked in for service and MOT by phone, a quick response. Boooked in nice and early. Car collected and returned £10. I was sent a video of under the car inspection, all was good, impressed.
service showed, o/s/r starting to wear, front brakes starting to wear and brake fluid change recommended.
October had a reminder of 6 month health check Amber, I reported the n/s/r tyre was slowly loosing pressure, took car to Hodsons, made welcome, they found a nail in tyre. Puncture was fixed, health check ok. Recommended at next service, brake fluid change, fuel additive and air con service. L am impressed with the detail, given at Hodson. Will book in next April.

My car needed a software upgrade which after attempting unsuccessfully myself I contacted Hodson Ford to arrange for them to undertake the upgrade which was carried out successfully. At the same time a fault with the charging system non the car was investigated and repaired. All the work was carried out diligently and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Good communication between myself and service department. Really helpful to have the option to have my car collected and taken for a service and returned to me clean inside and out.

Staff are friendly, cost was reasonable, its easy to park and they even washed the car and filled with washer water!

Purchased a white Ford Mondeo from Hodson Ford. June 15 2023 1.5T just over £1200 the Car was faulty driving home. Clutch judder knocking noise from gearbox sync 3 did not work stop start did not work reported to dealer.
Had a ford technician look at the car. Told me needed a new clutch and flywheel but could not be done for 3 months. Redicules eventually got car in after 7 weeks after saying I would reject the car 30 days money back.
Gave them the benifit to fix the car big mistake! They had the car in to repair for 7 days fitted new clutch and flywheel new battery.
Had the car back and it started to fail gearbox grinding. Starting up clunking noises braking ON MOTORWAY dangerous on motorway 13k for a car that was unfit for purpose and dangerous.
Eventually got the car rejected lost 400 pounds on extended warrenty charged me 270 pounds for having the privalage of driving a faulty car for 7 weeks and had the nerve to charge me 40 pounds for a kerbed alloy that was not kerbed so in total 800 pounds for buying a crap faulty car from HODSON FORD which was a load of rubbish alloys never kerbed the car is dangerous and back on the forcourt after a couple of days BE AWARE FORD MONDEO WHITE IS A DANGEROUS FAULTY CAR the sales person Mike was ok but HODSON FORD NOT BOTHERED eventually rejected the car and got some money back
