Don't even consider buying from this scam of a company. Their shoes are cheap feeling and not comfortable at all. They make it completely impossible to return unwanted products. Reported to Trading Standards. Absolute farce.

Buying from the hobibear the experience was good but I will say having to return a pair of shoes because it was the wrong size and having to pay to ship them back to me is crazy . I've never had to do that before and also the customer service is via email and is slow to respond I like the product but rhe customer service part is a 1 star

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. IF YOU BUY DOUBLE CHECK EU SIZE AS WELL. ALSO DONT EXPECT A RETURN. IF YOU BUY YOU ARE RISKING YOUR MONEY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS AND THE RETURNS COST WILL BE EXPENSIVE.

Ordered two pairs of Hobibear shoes for my son. He is 7 toddler size. So ordered 7.5 in winter boots and 7 in another shoe advertised as kids. Shoes came from china and took a while even though the website looks like a proper UK company

Upon delivery the first pair were UK 7.5 EU 25, they were good shoes. Not packaged the best. Came slightly dis shaped due to poor packaging

The second pair in a huge box, were UK7 EU40. However when listed on the site it just says UK 7 it doesn't say EU size unless you change it to EU size. How is that listed as a kids shoe.

Now looking at the returns process it's a US return. The return process states they only cover the returns if it's there fault not if it's wrong size or changed mind. I emailed them as I believe it's there fault for advertising it wrong however all I got in response was "we did not send you the wrong size this is for bigger kids" how on earth is 40eu for bigger kids, it says on universal conversion charts it's 6.5 adults.

Im not paying to ship these shoes to the US will cost about the same as the shoe maybe more. Going to have to take a loss on this one

Poor quality, originates from aliexpress/SHEIN. I want to return my shoes, but no respond. site says I need to contact them for the return address, so don't even bother trying to return your shoes. DO. NOT. BUY!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. They do everything they can to not receive a return. I have been emailing back and forth, I am on my 5th email now, and they still haven’t provided an adress for their return. Truly terrible please don’t buy of them. The shoes are not that good to make it worth it

I haven't received this pair of shoes yet. But my reason for purchasing is because I have 3 other pairs of Hobi Bear shoes.
I'm seventy years old and I know if you don't take care of your feet, the rest of you will go to....... Well you know.
I never have to break them in. They are comfy right out of the box.

Uk website, UK email address but shipped from abroad and won't let you return. PayPal and credit card dispute opened.
Do not order!

I tried to purchase shoes on their website. The checkout page would not accept my debit card payment details. However, when I checked my bank account the money had been debited from it. As the website transaction had failed I didn't get an order number. I contacted Hobibear customer service by email and provided them with screenshots of the bank transaction (which showed the money debited and the transaction reference number) and of the checkout page from the website. I explained what had happened and they were not very helpful and would not do anything without an order number. So I've ended up losing money and not getting the shoes I ordered. All in all a terrible experience. Therefore, I would advise people to think twice before ordering from them.

This company is a scam. They advertised shoes as UK size 12, yet sent me a much smaller size and then tried to blame it on their misleading and inconsistent sizing charts. There was no clear warning on the product page. When challenged, they lied repeatedly, dragged out the process over multiple emails, and disgracefully demanded that I pay international shipping to Germany to return goods that were their fault.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they are legally required to cover return costs for items not as described — but they refuse to comply with UK law. Instead, they threatened that my return could be destroyed if I didn’t follow their bizarre warehouse rules. This is not a professional company; it’s a dishonest operation preying on UK customers.

Their behaviour shows a complete lack of decency, respect, or legality.

Do not trust this company. Avoid at all costs.

Website looks like company is UK based and even their customer email is a UK extension

However, the shoes took ages to receive and once here it was very clear that they were shipped from China. Shoes did not look anything like the product on the website, neither were they comfortable

When trying to return, you have to contact customer services. I had to chase them in order to get an answer

The email was in a bad English and very clearly sent from a non native speaker based in China. They said that they could only offer a refund if I send the shoes to a warehouse in Germany at my own expense and that I’m liable for any export charges that may incur. Alternatively they could send me any other product from the website and that I could keep or donate the ugly ill fitting pair

Do yourself a favour and do not order from this company. Save yourself the trouble and your money

I've got three pairs of hobibear shoes. I love them they've lasted over a year with daily use. Fun colours. Comfy and affordable.
They may not be the best on the market but they're great value for money.

just know they are 100% drop shipped from china. they thought it’d be quite the kicker to throw the ¥799 ($5.40) tag in the box so you can see just how much you overpaid

I don like these shoes and this is the second time I have tried to return them and get a refund.

I was delighted to have won a pair of their shoes in a giveaway online. Sadly after 1 wear the sides were coming away. I messaged them and asked if this is normal, they said no and would send a replacement pair. When these arrived, they were broken in the box. The lace toggle had been ripped off somehow? I emailed again and they offered me a discount code for anew pair. No, absolutely not wasting my money on this rubbish. Avoid.

I would give it NO stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They take weeks to come and refuse to issue a return label to return the product and make you pay to return to Germany. Wish I had never heard of them

Excellent customer service, ordered 2 pairs, one fit well and one didn't, offered to send me any other pair absolutely free as it was very expensive to send back to Germany, I will sell my other pair and donate the money to charity 💕

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

ordered some trainers online, received an email saying have been delivered (NOT they were NOT) emailed Hobibear, took them 4 days to answer and tell me to contact the delivery company, they will NOT do anything. well i am not the delivery company client i am Hobibear client and need answers not work

Terrible. Ordered the correct size for my feet, however they are far too small. Asked to send them videos of my feet and me walking in the shoes to prove this - they are too small I am not walking wearing them then you’ll say I damaged them! Refund process is extremely difficult and company is a con, still not been able to return as of yet!

Terrible customer service, you won’t get to return any items, so pray they fit you.
I bought two pairs in August, same size, but one fits and the other were too big.
The delivery takes bit of a long time. When you email them about the need of making a return, they start offering discounts and tell you to sell yourself, because you would have to return them to Germany and pay for all costs. Completely useless. But the shoes does feels nice and comfortable, just used one pair once tho.
