What an experience! I was involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and felt so nervous/ anxious about what to do and where to go.
My client had mentioned a a company/ Garage years ago that he was so unbelievably happy with so thought I’d ask for the details.
WELL it didn’t disappoint, from the reception team to even just driving into the front yard / reception itself , staff wave smile and say hello .what an incredible team they are at H+L they make you feel so cared for and valued.Damon the service manager over saw my repair and was beyond helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process and can’t thank him enough .
I can see why H+L were recommended to me and will most definitely be doing the same for others from now on , I’d give 10 stars if were possible THANKYOU

Been a customer for maaaaany years. Never disappointed. Can even think of an issue or questions that were not dealt with proactively, promptly and satisfactorily, anyway none were major. And most were probably my fault.

When you want a job done properly then H&L are the people to take you seamlessly from estimation to job completion. They go above and beyond and offer an outstanding service. Special mention to Damon who oversaw everything including the insurance company liaison. Top banana.

Fabulous customer service from the team at HL Motors and a brilliant job done . I was sent to HL Motors to get two alloy wheel covers repaired as part of my car insurance policy. I was treated with the utmost courtesy throughout the process - and the wheels look fabulous now ( as though they were straight out of the showroom . I would definitely recommend this team and the quality of the work they do to anyone / everyone . Thanks team

Full Transparency: I've been a (commercial vans) and domestic (personal 20 year old car) client of H&L for over 17 years, and their a reason for that, I don't as a rule review any company especially in respect of any one visit. I always wait 2 or 3 years and or 4 or 5 visits to experience the service properly and whether there's a genuine service-level-consistency. So, I went for my yearly MOT and AS -EVER, excellent start-to-finish. This is my first review for H & L in 3-4 years, so I've visited at least up to 10 times across both vans and personal car. Let's be frank MOTs are I think the technical term is 'A-BALL-ACHE!'. I would genuinely rate H&L as a concierge service, very easy parking, I was met as I got my car by H&L guy, took the keys I checked in quickly with Matthew at reception, (who's been there for many-many years and he's always a pleasure) 45 minutes later I was driving out MOT in glovebox and a digital version MOT & Invoice instantly emailed out and sitting in my inbox. Let's face it, MOTs are never going to be fun! but they are a necessity and when the process is as seamlessly and effortless, this simply equals quick and as painless as MOTs get!! I would give H&L 10********** out of 10 if at all possible!

I had my vehicle repaired with these guys for a non-fault accident. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. They really do have a great team & setup from bodywork repairs, alloy wheel repairs, servicing & mots. I was dealt by Glen Sponder who is the repair manager. Glen was very polite, very welcoming, very informative, very professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and everything ran smoothly. The repair on my vehicle was excellent. I can’t recommend the company and guys enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about doing any work on their vehicle. I definitely will be using them again in the future, thank-you guys.

When my car vehicle arrived on a recovery vehicle at HLMotors, I was contacted immediately. I was subsequently updated at each stage of the repairs process by Damon. Upon completion of the repairs and my collecting the vehicle, he gave me a full inspection tour of the car to check I was satisfied.
A thorough professional service a every stage.

Quality costs and H&L won’t necessarily be the cheapest option but you won’t get better service from really efficient staff providing quality results.

Seeing is believing

From potential write off to like new repair. Every detail of service is highly polished. A much loved car was rescued from the scrap heap and will be a collectors car of the future. Care and attention to detail is second to non. If we only had a government like H&L Motors.

I have been using HL since 1989 and I have found them to consistently offer great service and they have consistently kept my cars running well.
Their communication is excellent (no nasty surprises), their diagnosis has always been spot on and the quality of their work excellent. There may seem cheaper options but not in the long term, in my opinion.
