They took payment but the goods have not been delivered as prommissed iwould not trust them again not answer the calls or emails no more tjan theives please do not attept to buy from these rip off merchants

Ordered a 5ltr shuttlecock fern, and i has many delayed notices from DHL, tried many times to contact seller by whatsapp,phone voice messages, phone messages. And on site vontact message no reply at all from seller.
DHL delivered it 10 days after they collected from seller.Refused delivery as box was so small it was obvious that 5ltr fern ordered contacted bank tp instigate charge back to retrieve my money. Do Not buy from them.

FUMING - don’t buy from them. Contact is impossible and it looks like several other people are having the same problem atm. They have delivered to the incorrect address- I have tried leaving voicemails; text messages, instagram- no email address. I even tried changing the delivery day on DHL and that was ignored. I haven’t actually seen the plants yet - I’m told the box is damaged and shoots are coming through the box …. I will update when I see them. 😡😡😡
UPDATE - plants are just about retrieveable. Hopefully I will be able to nurse them back to health - certainly not the quality I was expecting … BUT definitely would not use them again

20-13392-61661 a Taro plant XXL (Colocasia esculenta) Corm like Gunnera. I think he sent me a potato from their rotting compost bin as it grew less than one inch and then died. Piece of junk, Contacted seller repeatedly for money back or an actual ready growing corm and they just ignored me, Bogus scam - stole my money. You have been made aware !

Bought 5 bags of Irish Peat at £21 each. The content, per bag, advertised at 100 litres. Got them delivered and the bags are not even 40 litres. Each bag weights a miserly 15Kg. I'm aware that volume hasn't got nothing to do with weight but this fails on both grounds.

Abysmal. Ordered Tumeric and ginger plants.Took nearly 2 weeks to arrived Communication non existent.Received package ,no Tumeric plant only Ginger.Wrapped in newspaper,no soil.It most certainly wasn't a plant! 5 pieces of Ginger which looked like they had been in a supermarket. Did not respond to any communication. Avoid.

AVOID!!! If only I had read the Trustpilot reviews before placing an order! Plant sent was not what I ordered and not what was pictured online. I already have this plant and wanted another as a pair. I phoned and left voicemail immediately, then sent an email with photos of both plants to the ebay (allegedly) address and to theirs, which we had to dig around to find, it was not given on their website. And neither of the ID and Order no. codes given are actually registering with ebay. They have ignored all my contacts and obviously don't give a toss. Should add that I am a knowledgeable and very experienced gardener. The worst company I have encountered in decades. Have awarded one star in order to get on to Trustpilot. They deserve none.

Same as everyone else. Bought 6 items on ebay, non existent tracking info given. Seller doesn't reply to messages on ebay, email or social media. Never received products. 100% Scam company. Ebay had to refund me.

Took 3 weeks to fulfill an order for a present which by the time I got comms that it had shipped, was far to late as a gift. Very poor service.

Update:

17 days from ordering until fulfilment.
The plants arrived the next day after receiving a DHL notification.
All plants were healthy, as described, as pictured on the website and very well packaged.

A potential five star company letdown by lack of communication and slow dispatch.

Abysmal.
No contact from seller.
No delivery details received.
No answer from WhatsApp messages.
No answer on phone line.
No returned call from messages left on answering machine.
Trust Pilot poor reviews.
Instagram not up to date.
Facebook abandoned.

I bought 2 hydrangeas through Ebay. 15 days later, I still have no plants. The seller doesn't bother replying to messages. They provided completely useless tracking information as the plants were never dispatched.

Thankfully I paid through PayPal so received a refund. Avoid.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two Acer Trees and wish I read the reviews before I placed the order. I waited two weeks and nothing. Emailed them countless times to be ignored. Even emailed their Instagram. The big joke is I find out this company address is round the corner from where I live 🤣… he could have walked and delivered my Acers and refunded my postage I am that close. Big mistake trusting them. Total waste of my time. I am now in the process of getting my money back through my bank / reported to my bank . I have proof they have not been sent. How they are still in business is beyond me. Lesson learned. 👎🏻

Ordered plants and was charged. No confirmation of order, no plants after three weeks and don't respond to voicemail messages.

Appalling. Order didn’t arrive. Tried to contact them through numerous channels all of which were ignored. I have now reported this to my bank for a refund.

Looking for a gift of a ginger plant for my mother on her birthday. I decided not to buy Amazon or other big unethical company and find somewhere in the uk to support “local” business. Plant House Chesher was a big mistake!!
I waited 2 weeks mums birthday came and went and despite contacting them through every channel, they advertise on their website as being contactable via I had not a single peep out of them! Absolutely appalling customer service. It made me wonder whether it was a scam, so I contacted my credit card company. The website looks badly put together enough for this to be true so I started to get concerned.
A package finally arrived, but it was absolutely nothing like what I expected. I bought from this company so that I would have an already sprouted small but growing ginger plant to give to my mother who had unsuccessfully tried to grow her own from her own and sprouted before. What I ended up with was a disgrace (Given what I had paid for it) The pictures on the website Showed ginger plants in different states of growth and I was fooled into thinking that I would receive a plant rather than three tiny bulbs about an inch long with no signs of life or any shoots at all.
You can buy a bigger healthier looking bulbs of ginger in the supermarket! I bought them from this plant centre specifically to avoid doing that!
They continue to ignore my correspondence!1st the drawn out late delivery and then receiving a product that does not match what the website shows… and I paid through the nose for it! I wouldn’t trust these people with my money ever again. Disappointing, as I often buy plants, (sometimes in large amounts) and I’m always looking for good quality, reliable, local or at least uk small business's to support.
Very unhappy customer! Avoid if you want to support a quality business with great customer service and great products… this isn’t that!
