This issue got solved and package is on its way to my local pick up point. The customer service was very kind and proffessional. It happened to be that there are so many orderes going in from their store that it was overloading the fulfilment aswell as emails in the inbox. Will update the review when ive picked up the package.

Very poor customer service. Ordered on 10/3, order still not dispatched. No response to online enquiry submitted on 18/3. Given the £7.99 delivery charge, I expected delivery to fast. Still awaiting comms and refund. Won’t use this company again.

It has been 3 weeks since I ordered and my order has not even been dispatched yet even though I had been charged on my bank account. It still shows as unfulfilled. I already emailed customer service TWICE regarding this, still no replies. I emailed them 2 weeks ago even though they say someone will reply 1-4 business days on their email

I have autism. Throughout my life I've always struggled with proper oral hygiene, as conventional toothpaste feels sharp and bitey. Even kid's toothpaste doesn't feel better. HiSmile toothpaste is painless for me. It's the only toothpaste that I've found that makes it so brushing my teeth doesn't feel like a challenge, but is instead something that I can do with ease. Since finding this brand over a year ago, I've successfully built up the routine of brushing my teeth twice a day, every day, even after a party with friends. I recommend this toothpaste all the time, and every time I get a new flavor I let my friends try it, so they can see if they like that one or not

After purchasing product, my order was sent to an auto generated address by mistake. I contacted Hismile and explained the issue. I received prompt replies and amazing customer service support. A new order was dispatched swiftly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Placed an order on 09/03, money taken, nothing shipped and no response from customer services despite emailing and messaging on Instagram. Wondering if this is a scam! Appreciate lots going on in the world which could affect shipping but to get no response after 2 weeks on a paid order is poor to say the least.

They have changed the fixing for the replacement heads to make all the electric toothbrushes unusable as you can no longer purchase the heads for them. I will never buy anything from this company again.

Ordered a couple of products over a week ago and it is still “processing,” website states it will take 1-4 days to process an order but we are now well over that and I’ve had no correspondence to say there is an issue or any sort of update. I’ve contacted their customer support to no avail. I wish I read the reviews on here first before placing my order as I would have gone somewhere else as it seems my bad experience is the same as everyone else’s.

Awful company. Total scam take your money and not deliver the order. Even when you pay £9.99 for delivery. Second time I put a review up here as they only reply on this. Never reply to emails or anything. Avoid avoid avoid. This company needs shutting down
