It took a while to arrive 2 weeks overall but the products are amazing the mouthwash the gunk what came out was unbelievable and the toothpaste will definitely be ordering again

I bought a toothbrush about a year ago and a bunch of heads with it. It’s great, teeth look and feel super clean. This week I had to buy new heads, so I bought enough to last the next year like last time.
None of them fit.
I suspect they’ve changed the design, so I emailed to ask if that’s the case, so I can buy a new handle if necessary. I’ve had no reply. I’ll be buying a new brush for sure, but it won’t be a hismile.

Made an order and took almost 3 weeks and then finally got a dispatch notice. Nothing turned up so had to source items elsewhere, they refused a refund and only offered a replacement. I accepted out of fear of my money not returning, that then took another THREE weeks to ship, by this point I'd have enough and was demanding a refund. Several emails later and NO REPLY at all to any of them. Do not buy from this company. It's the worst customer service I think I've ever had to deal with. No number, no chat, just emails that never get answered.

I have good communication on this site and had met good friends. Had received prompt service from the customer support.

I and my friend would be very grateful if the site could offer promotions for special occasions such as Christmas, New years and Easter. For example, 15.99 for 50 credits on such celebration days as it motivates paid users to purchase more credits at your site. Thank you.

Love the flavor and the Vault promotions. BUT We were missing 1 toothpaste in our order. Not everything was delivered.

Great good quality toothpastes and mouthwash.

Waited 3 weeks for delivery, also having to chase 3 times.
When teeth whitening strips did eventually turn up, they do not work, tried 3 times and no improvement whatsoever.
Have also emailed hi smile customer support with no reply. Steer clear of this company.

As for your reply, I sent an email to that address a week ago, still no reply…

These strips are garbage they do not work like you see in the videos, trying to figure a way to get money back, don't buy from sellers website buy on Amazon thst way you'll forsure get your order and probably get it the next day, but I wouldn't waste my money like I did product is false advertising and doesn't work

I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but here it goes! I Placed an order for 49€ + shipping on February 28th, but have not yet received the parcel. I reached out to customer service, to get a tracking number, and got a useless tracking number and the shipping was refunded as a half-assed apology for the parcel not being sent on time. Then I was told it was on it's way. And instead of sending customers 2-3 spam emails everyday, have about taking those money spent on ruthless marketing, and hire more people for your customer service department and have them answer people with correct information instead of lies!

Great flavor, quick shipping! Always sells out in stores by me so ordering direct is perfect

Ordered the V34 strips, after a long wait I got the wrong product that was only half the price.

Contacted their support and got a quick automated reply where they asked for further information that I did not include in original support message such as pictures of packaging and received product.
Replied with the information asked for and have not heard anything since.

Have sent several mails since aswell and heard nothing.
They stole my money, gave me a product I didn’t order that was only of half the value I paid.

Scam, stay away from this company is all I can say.

I tried hismile v34 whitening strips I got from coles, followed all instructions and when I went to remove strips after 30 minutes my teeth were more yellow than before the strips. I feel disgusted with how bad my teeth look now. Will be needing to go to the dentist to fix it. Very expensive lesson to not buy from them again.

I ordered on the 8th March it’s now the 30th I haven’t received my item I have tried to contact customer services on their website and email multiple times. I’ve still had no response this seems the only way I can reach out to receive a response. I’d just like a refund on my order or someone to contact me back!

I received my order this evening. Tried the purple strips for the recommended 30 minutes and it was a disaster. As advised, I dried my teeth and positioned the strips as suggested. My mouth was literally a quagmire of purple goop and the result was, well, nothing. Very disappointed that I have been sucked into a fake advertising campaign for a product that just doesn’t work. 😣 Do not recommend.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have also contacted customer service twice without a response. I think they have stollen my money!

Ordered 2x v34 whitening stripes and ID whitening mouth wash paid £9.99 for priority delivery. I have had no response via emails and hasn’t been shipped. Not happy with the service and still haven’t received goods which I ordered 6 days ago. Paid a good amount of money doesn’t fill me with hope the product will be any good if the service is very poor.

Ordered 7th March. Emailed to see where prder was after 10 days. No reply. Had to open an action through PayPal to chase the order or refund. How you can justify 7.99 shipping but still take 3 weeks to dispatch (still not recieved yet) says saturday estimated delivery now is an absolute joke. Won't order again thats for sure.

I placed a order on 15th March and its been 10 days and its still saying unfulfilled but on your website says 1 to 4 days for process. And there customer service is the same no contact at all.
