Better Job Portal compared to few others. Easy to use search criteria.

The latest monster for employers release is awful, the search functionality is terrible, most the candidates are old, you cannot sort by age or modify date any more. The boolean search tab doesn't seem to utilize all of the search operators.

The display and interface in clunky, I don't care for the share screen or partial screen when working through candidates.

I am a professional recruiter, I don't need you to dumb it down for me. Give me unrestricted access to the resume database with the ability to utilize real Boolean logic and the ability to parse candidates as I see fit rather that what you think I want. The classic search was so much better that the last two upgrades. The previous attempt was OK but this new release is so bad I have given up on using your tool.

Monster is loaded with outdated resumes - to weed through all of the old takes way too much time. I think going forward, we will not renew with Monster and start using Indeed or Zip Recruiter.

I never find good candidates here. There is also no way to find candidates that are willing to move to certain cities and states.

I can not reset my password, it is infuriating. It always tells me it is sending me an email to reset it and never does. Any help to aid me in this would be much appreciated. It's not very useful for me if I can't get in.

I posted a position on Monster for 30 days. I had 72 views and not a single response.

You need to let us be able to sort candidates by Visa status

Hi Monster Team, We search on monster for our IT requirements and we get bunches of candidates, but with inappropriate information like a lot of resumes without contact information and no response while sending email to them.

I don't get the resumes that I am looking for using keywords on a regular basis. I really don't like the format or the search page. I unfortunately have never gotten a hire from Monster. I wish that when posting a position I had more industry options or categories to choices.

I am a fan of Monster since it came out and always will be. Great product!!!

Don't know how to search for candidates. Try to select a candidate's profile/resume and it will not open at all.

Excellent job portal for sourcing resume, we can able find some quality resumes sometimes.

User experience hasn't changed in years as far as I see and quality of candidate for technical roles hasn't gotten any better either

Should work on more data with technician and IT kind of resumes..
