While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

From an employers standpoint, Monster falls well short of any expectations that I have. I have the same ad on 3 different job sites. Monster, by far is the lowest performing site when it comes to applicants applying for the position posted. When I called to see if they could help me understand why I had 80(ish) clicks and only 1 person actually apply for the job, the answer I received was they can't force people to apply for the job. 1 out of 80!! I didn't even get the applicants that are under qualified trying to apply for it;1 applicant out of 80. Mind you, I paid $299 for the month and put in a budget of $300 for paid clicks (essentially boosting the job posting). Needless to say, I won't be using this job site to find employees moving forward.

The New Search Monster Solution is awful and useless.
Though monster boast its more powerful, reality is useless, old product or solution whatever we call is way better.
I don't think monster is taking negative feedback serious and putting genuine effort in giving value to their customers.
Placing a Job ad is not so helpful, they have many restrictions is ad display, and response was very bad, not even single useful resume.
Resume database search is bad, again many restrictions. they need to immediately improve and give value to the customers. I doubt if they are providing access to complete database.
Good, but could use some improvements. Several great candidates, but search capabilities could be improved to allow it to be more user-friendly.

Monster is our go to site for job postings. The site is easy to work with and customer service is always prompt and helpful when needed. The postings are very affordable, especially when they are running specials.

the first time I used the site we received hundreds of appls. this time we received approx.. 90 but we did hire some one from my post so it was successful I think the cost was a little high for the number of responses but it worked and this is the second time I have used monstor and it has produced both times ps the one hiring always gets stuck with the bill the one doing the hiring should be the one being PAID todd j stephens president stephens insurance

Very easy to use and a lot of option interns of sourcing the right candidate.
awesome experience working on monster also one suggestion if you are proving the requirement to post then also try to give the option to change the posting of requirement
Monster is easy to use and has helped us find qualified candidates for our open positions. Really enjoy the service!
Range of up-to-date products impressive. Team is knowledgeable and helpful. And once I became familiar with how-to I found products to be user friendly.
Usually, prefer to use monster to find good candidates. There few things that could be helpful in our search, if few more filters are added to Monster.
I've been using monster for 15 years and it still is a valuable resource
It is a great tool for searching good fit candidates for the Required position.
Monster is needed but doesn't add anything spectacular. 5 years ago the Power Search was new and a good tool to have. However the "cool tool" is finicky and I trust my boolean more.
I will admit with Linkedin Recruiter now available I now find my best candidates from there.
Very easy to use and reasonably priced. Had quite a few reviews, but unfortunately no applicants for our hard to fill position.
Received all candidates with no relevance to job posting.
Disappointed in support
