Service from beginning to end
Service from beginning to end has been excellent from hippo.
The receptionist Ruth was lovely and the gentleman who came to collect the Rubbish was friendly and most helpful.
The only area that was not helpful was the automation and the automated email

With Hippo…I have more options than a skip
I live on a small road and the Hippo bag is easy to collect because you are not restricted on the way the bag is positioned for collection, unlike a skip which has to be 1 way only. Love Hippo, great expereince, saved me 10 trips to the tip. Bit expensive but isn't everything ! Overall, good expereince, will use again.

From start to finish … and a bit in…
From start to finish … and a bit in between HIPPO managed to excel. Bag arrived in a timely manner … I asked a question about placement of the bag on my property and they came back quickly with a response. Truck came within the period stated of collection request and driver did his thing impeccably. Only thing I’d I didn’t appreciate was that the July discount code disappeared as I placed the order. Other than that it’s a good reliable service.

Super easy !
Bought a bag and collection together as a spring special so also had 30%(?) off . Bag arrive within a couple of days . The builders filled it to overflowing but Hippowaste still happily collected it no problems. I would definitely recommend them and happily use them again , but best to look out for the offers/discounts . 🤩
