I was delighted with the Customer Service - a great "advice of delivery in progress" email etc.
However, the bouquet arrived with my daughter (no advice of whom the flowers were from) she sent me a photograph. I was very disappointed as the bouquet was roses and I had ordered a bouquet of lillies as they are my daughter's favourite flower.

Absolutely terrible service, delivered 2days late to a 90 year old, despite specifing the date it had to be. Near dead flowers and all they could say was all complaints had to be in within 3 days according to their T and C’s (that are not sent with purchase details)!!
Like a 90 year old would reasonably be able to do this!!! They washed their hands off it, very very bad customer service, they were not interested and did not care!!!

Highly embarrassing sympathy flowers.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet and they arrived completely battered and bruised (they had been sent in a box 4 times the size of the bouquet and so were completely ruined). My friend had to contact me to let me know and send me photos (the last thing they need at this sad time). I have never been so embarrassed in my life.

My friend loved the flowers, which were delivered as arranged; the one thing to comment on: my friend was home, but they were left on the doorstep.

The ordering and delivery was spot on the flower's were not didn't look anything like the ones advertised online and look like they will be ready for the bin after 3 days avoid

The flowers did not look like the picture. 1 lilly,2 carnations and 2 roses which were dead. Poor show for £19.99 They were dead and went in the bin. Dissapointing !!!

I had a conformation text at 1.35 to say the flowers had been delivered. I popped to see my friend at 4.30 only to find the boxed flowers were sitting on her door step in the blazing sunshine and had obviously been there since the time of delivery
The petals were turning brown and warm to the touch.
Why were they not handed in to a neighbour or even under the van on the drive. I took them home and brought them back an hour later when she was in. To be honest I was surprised the box hadn’t been pinched it’s not a good area with a bad reputation I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone to leave any kind of parcel
Up until that time I loved the little notes I received updating me on the order it’s unfortunate your delivery person let you down so badly.

The flowers were dead when I received them. The roses all brown . The only thing I could do was throw in bin

Flowers delivered on time and exactly as described. Easy to order website with lots of choice and add ons contact from company throughout delivery was excellent. Will definitely recommend using this company and will be using again soon.....Many Thanks.

My best friend who lives far away absolutely loved her flowers. She was thrilled at the amount of flowers and how beautiful they were.. I paid middle price for bali hi bouquet.

Pros: User-friendly website; next day delivery (even Sundays!); responsive on Twitter (even at the weekend)

Cons: When placing my order (using Safari on an iPhone) it wasn’t obvious how to add a message to the recipient of the flowers. Before I knew it, the ‘your order has been placed’ confirmation popped up. When I queried this via Twitter I was told I’d simply missed it, and that it was too late to add a message afterwards. Be careful!

Flowers arrived okay to my mum, very much on the green leafy side. However 2 days later the flowers died!.. I was on holiday and unable to contact them till 4 days after delivery and this is over there 3 days term and conditions to let them know of any problems. So they won’t do anything! so this morning I had to go to my local florist and purchase some flowers that will last longer then 2 days!...My mum said it was the bunch of flowers she had ever received! So embarrassing!

No card was left with flowers, so recipient did not know who they were from.

Brilliant service, so glad i found them. Flowers arrived safely and were appreciated. Delivery updates were sent and i was kept informed.
