Ordered a bottle of wine for some friends of mine who lived in the middle of nowhere in Wales. Ordered at 7pm on Fri and delivered by lunchtime on Saturday. How good is that? Would recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I got the email saying the flowers had been delivered to the person but they had not. I am very disappointed and annoyed.

The flowers were beautiful and the balloon as ordered. Only thing is, the recipient was at home but the flowers were left in the entrance hall.

Despite my recieving a confirmation message of delivery the flowers had been delivered to completely the wrong address in apartment block. Totally wrong floor. By chance the recipient managed to track down the correct person and handed over the flowers in the evening. To my knowledge no card had been left of the alternative delivery and the correct recipient would have been home at the time I received the confirmation message. As for the mini cake I ordered - the recipient has never mentioned it so no idea if it arrived. I haven't asked as the moment is passed and don't want to worry the recipient. It was a 90th birthday gift so had hoped for a better experience. Unfortunately would not use again.

Flowers delivered on time, apparently lovely. Only criticism is the emails - if the flowers had been for any other occasion the chirpy nature would have been lovely, but the flowers were ordered for condolences. Not much choice in cards, I was sending them as 'I', not 'We'. However, would use them again.

I ordered the flowers for my niece's 20th Wedding Anniversary. When they arrived she sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked beautiful. I was very pleased with the start to finished of my order. It was easy to navigate round the website and the delivery service was great, they arrived early afternoon which was lovely. A good service all round.

Delighted with the service kept me informed all the way only thing I would ask if you leave with a neighbour or in a safe place it would be good when you advise you have delivered that this is what you have done.

Could not get help on phone only email. I emailed them asking to phone me, they just kept sending the same link I couldn't get to work.
Then when sorted out I received an email informing me that the flowers had been delivered as my instructions, I went to 12 neighbors but no flower's. Later I went to my front door to find a man with my flowers delivered to totally wrong address. On opening the box I was extremely disappointed with my purchase.
I sent an email to complain but it looks as if it's being ignored

My flowers arrived fresh and in perfect condition even on a day that was extremely hot and humid they are beautiful.😀
