Be careful !

Be careful !! When I received my parcel, 2 pairs of shoes were missing and they refuse to give me my money back. Don’t trust the videos on the web, it’s not a serious shop !!!

1. The package was opened and inspected by customs, and some items were removed.

In this case, we recommend checking whether the parcel has any customs inspection or repackaging tape on it. You should also check your email to see if you have received any customs-related notices or documents. If you have received such documents, please contact our after-sales support team and provide them to us. If you purchased shipping insurance, you may be eligible for compensation.

2. The package was damaged during transportation, resulting in the loss of some items.

My friend, was the parcel intact when you received it? If the package was damaged or incomplete, please provide photos of the parcel and any evidence of the damage. If possible, please also obtain a report or confirmation from your local carrier. With this information, we can work together to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please kindly understand that Hipobuy is a purchasing agent, not the seller. After you place an order, our team purchases the item from the seller on your behalf and then waits for the seller to ship it. In some cases, the seller may later inform us that the item is actually out of stock.

When this happens, Hipobuy must cancel the order and issue a refund to protect your funds. This is a necessary step to ensure the safety of your money. Unfortunately, we cannot control the seller's inventory or timelines. In many cases, sellers only confirm stock availability after checking with their suppliers or manufacturers, and sometimes they may decide to cancel an order or report an item as unavailable after the order has already been placed.

I am extremely satisfied with Hipobuy's…

This is now the second time I’ve ordered here, and it goes flawlessly again. The agents are incredibly reliable and delivery to the Netherlands is super fast.

What I particularly appreciate is their honesty and eye for detail; during quality control, they really look over your shoulder and report it immediately if a product deviates from the photo in even a small detail. Additionally, it is ideal that your items are stored safely until your entire order is ready to ship. Once again, a great experience, highly recommended!

Expensive Shipping and bad customer service

I ordered around 50 items on hipobuy, The shipping and rehearsal process is a nightmare where I would send a rehearsal in and get an outrageous shipping price. Something around 600$ usd for ~10-15 items, which is annoying because I would pay 3 dollars everytime to get told my package was too big volumetrically and would carry a massive shipping cost of 400$-800$ for one package. So after everything I had spend around 100$ usd in rehearsal fees trying to avoid super high shipping cost, this didn't help as my shipping costs for all 18 packages and yes it was 18 total due to "volumetric weight" and not actual measurement, came out to around 70$-240$ with most being on the more expensive end. So overall not a good experience when I have used options in the past like pandabuy and cnfans. But my breaking point was after I sent all my packages and had one item to return, it was supposed to be a branded duffle bag but the warehouse received a small hand bag looking item that was around 20cm, very clearly not what I ordered. I thought it would be fine so I sent a return request... The seller just didn't respond to the warehouse and they suggested I ship the bag alone and get a coupon from them. This is after I waited 2 entire weeks for the return to go through. After spending thousands on Hipobuy I will never return, my entire process has been complicated and way more expensive than predicted. Before I used chat gpt to estimate costs and I was quoted like 400-600 total for shipping... LOL, it easily turned into way over 1500$ usd even while using the cheapest and slowest shipping option possible. I could never recommend this to anyone after my terrible experience after spending thousands of dollars. Very disappointed.

Great experience with Hipobuy, surprisingly smooth from start to finish

I’ve used a few different agents/platforms before, and Hipobuy ended up being one of the smoother experiences I’ve had so far. The website/app was easy to navigate, and finding products felt straightforward without everything becoming confusing after five clicks.

What stood out most for me was the QC process. I liked being able to check pictures before shipping because it gave me more confidence that I was actually getting what I expected. The photos were clear enough to spot details, and that made the whole process feel more transparent. Similar positive experiences with QC photos and easy ordering come up repeatedly in customer feedback.

Shipping was also better than expected. Tracking updates made it easy to know what stage the parcel was in, and everything arrived packaged properly. From what I’ve seen, many users mention delivery and packaging as a strong point, though some note shipping can get expensive depending on parcel size.

Another thing I appreciated was the product variety and pricing. There are loads of options, and it’s easy to compare sellers or find alternatives if you want better quality or pricing. Community discussions also mention coupons and QC checks as useful ways to get more value from orders.

Overall, I had a genuinely good experience and would order again. My biggest advice for new users is to take a minute to check QC photos and shipping options before sending a parcel. If you do that, the process feels pretty smooth.

This website is incredible!

This website is incredible, i ordered 2 different socks models, a cardholder, and a black and blue watch, everything went perfectly, my order arrived at the warehouse 3 days after i ordered, the staff had helped me with many questions, including some refunds things, the freight also isn't expensive, because there's coupons that help reduce the cost, i recieved the QC pictures, have a very good quality, as for the price, the quality is incredible! Very satisfied

I LOVED THIS SITE!!!

I LOVED! I BOUGHT A BAPE HOODIE AND SHOES, AND IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, IT CAME TO MY DOORSTEP PERFECTLY PACKAGED AND NOT DAMAGED. I LOVE THIS, AND I HEAVILY SUGGEST THIS LITBUY WEBSITE. OVERALL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. IF UR YOUNG AND WANT DRIP, I suggest this site FOR SURE!!!!!!

First time using Hipobuy and honestly…

First time using Hipobuy and honestly really impressed. Ordered around 25 items, everything from shoes and clothes to accessories and even some tech. Most items arrived at the warehouse within 3-5 days, QC photos were clear, and the agents actually flagged issues like a wrong size on a belt before I had to ask. Communication was smooth and the warehouse system is easy to navigate. Packaging options are solid too. Will definitely be using them again for my next haul.
