Well the two stars doesn’t reflect their website, which was easy to navigate. I won’t be receiving the order until my selected date, but I have had no updates other than a purchase confirmation, to assure me my order is en route. Will possibly put up a different review when they arrive!

So just a quick update after delivery!
Macarons arrived in good, protective packaging and were undamaged.
I had kept in fridge for 6 days after delivery as they were a Christmas present for my wife. This did not impact on flavour or texture. Absolutely delightful to eat and would certainly buy from Hilton again. As mentioned previously, an update on delivery to keep customer in loop could be better. All said and done , would highly recommend for macaron enthusiasts, with a wide range of flavours and customised boxes to choose from. Review now ‘bumped’ up to 4 stars from 2.

We used to live in .France and ate macarons often. However, these are in a different class. Believe me, they really are different and definitely delicious, nothing like the frequent disappointments I have bought elsewhere.

We have purchased from Hilton several times before and once again they reacted promptly to our order. What let them down on this occasion was the delivery driver who left a temperature sensitive package by the front door, knocked once and ran! If we had been out, our order would have been ruined.
