Very happy with the first year of changing to Hilltop. Everything is explained in plain words and can see my pension is being well looked after.

She was very patient throughout our conversation and never minded me asking questions at any point, taking the time to answer everything thoroughly and with real experience behind her responses. This was a 6-monthly call to inform me how my pension portfolio was performing. During the review, Kelly To explained that the pension portfolio performance had increased by 18.86%, which had gone beyond my expectations. My longer‑term decisions on employment and investment strategy were briefly discussed. Overall, the experience was encouraging, with good advice and things to consider for the future from Kelly.

No pressure to move anhen it doesn’t make sense and while it wasn’t the right time to move my pension today they gave sound advice which gave me the info needed to know I’m on the right track.

I highly recommend Hilltop based based on my experience with them, not only today but throughout the period I’ve worked with them. They helped me take control of my pension, a subject that I was very prone to kicking into the long grass, brought it to known state, consolidated it and turned into a wealth generating machine for the future. They are courteous in every interaction I have with them. Most importantly, the forecasts and projections are credible and turn out to be reliable.
