Everything was explained in simple terms and t each stage of my annual review i was asked if I had any questions regarding what was covered. The review took just over an hour as I had lots of questions that my advisor answered and explained. I feel totally confident with this company and the staff that I have been exposed to.

Hilltop is a very good company to deal with, their financial staff members are excellent in explaining everything in language you can understand, they are very friendly and polite and put you at ease with any financial business you have with them. I would highly recommend them.

The FA called at the time the appointment was booked for. He explained the process of the annual review, listened to the information I gave him and updated my details. No pressure from him to make any changes to the current investments. Took 15 mins and I finished the call happy that my pension is in as good a place at it can be & the target date for my retirement remains as I initially planned
