Claire is very professional and friendly. She answered all my questions thoroughly and double checked that I understood what had been done to the car. The car was in for an MOT and a great job was done by all concerned.

I was contacted by this Hills of Woodford via email inviting me to get in touch about a potential upgrade, which initially seemed like a great opportunity. I responded promptly and expressed my interest, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any reply.

The next day, I decided to call and was assured that someone would get back to me. Despite this promise, I never heard anything further. The lack of communication and follow-up was very disappointing, especially considering they initiated the contact in the first place.

As a result, I chose to go to another Toyota dealer, where I received excellent service and secured a very good deal without any hassle within a matter of 2 hours.

Overall, this experience left me feeling that the Hills of Woodford lacks professionalism and proper customer care. If you’re going to reach out to customers, it’s important to follow through.

Terrible customer service. I phoned up to part ex. No phone call back from Clayton or Barrington. This went on for a week!
Their director emailed me after I conplained (Nadie) and told me no one called me back because they couldn't do anything for me! Seriously?????? Hugely disappointing seeing as my family have been buying cars from there for 6 years!

The service from Usman was excellent and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I had a great experience with Sufi at Toyota Woodford, He was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I had actually found the vehicle myself on the Toyota website and mentioned it to Sufi. From there, he took over and made everything much easier.

He carefully checked all the details about the car and made sure it was the right fit for me. He also took the time to ask about my preferences, what I liked, and what car I had used before. It really felt like he listened and understood exactly what I needed.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sufi and Toyota Woodford to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a great car-buying experience.

In the future, if I ever need to change my vehicle, I won’t go to any other car dealers—I will go straight to Sufi. That’s how much I trust both him and Toyota.

Hills were wholly efficient and helpful. I'd had to cancel my service booking because the car wouldn't start but they moved things to the following day, carrying out the planned service equally comprehensively on the rearranged date as well as diagnosing and advising on the problem that had postponed the original service.
Claire, my Customer Services Advisor for the day, provided regular updates during the service, explaining problems needing both immediate attention and those it would safe to leave to a future service. She explained the cause of the problem causing my car not to start and things I could do myself to prevent it happening again.

Melisa Kose has excellent customer service skills. She was polite, friendly, and professional when dealing with me. I felt very confident in test driving the Toyota C-HR and later purchasing the model I liked. 10 out of 10.

This review covers an annual service and MoT for our 6 year old Prius. The work was done as booked and completed earlier in the day than had been promised. Our main contact, Claire, was pleasant, professional and very efficient. We have started a new service plan with this dealership.
We have used Hills for decades now and though the staff are often different from one year to the next, they have always been fine. Not every time, but often enough, Toyota checks that we have had good service by sending us a survey - a huge contrast to another manufacturer who had no concern at all about their dealership's poor performance.
