I had a really great experience with Toyota, especially thanks to David Brown.

I first booked my test drive over the phone, and David was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We had a really nice test drive in the car I was interested in, and afterwards we sat down and had a chat about everything. David was very clear, helpful and never made me feel pressured.

The next day, I spoke with my finance company and they sent the money directly to Toyota. David then called me to confirm that they had received the money and that the car was ready for collection.

The following day, I went back to collect the car and once again the service was amazing. David took the time to explain everything about the car and showed me all the different features and how everything worked. He was extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything before I left.

The car was absolutely stunning and extremely clean.

A big thank you to David for all his help and to the whole Toyota team for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend them!

I entered the building and was greeted by the receptionist and she was so helpful and efficient.
Then I was greeted by Sam (My Human Manual Book 😁).
He is a diamond very efficient and patient got me a great deal with my service plan. He also helped me to be more confident with my Aygo X which I had received the day before reassured me.
He's a champion!

I was greeted by a welcoming smile from Claire who attended to my booking. I had updates on the progress of my vehicle and a telephone call when the sensors were fitted. Everything straight forward and I was extremely pleased with the completion. On collecting the car I knew I would struggle getting it out of the space especially as it was not my car. They offered to move the car and I was very grateful. The whole experience provided excellent customer service.

Routine service and MoT of our 22 years old Yaris. A difficult one, because we suspected that the car was approaching the end of its useful life. As always at Hills, our customer experience was 5 Star - Claire, our Customer Service Adviser, was courteous, knowledgeable, caring and totally professional. Also, she communicated with us throughout the day, keeping us up-to-date, and discussing the critical decision about the car's future in an informative and understanding way.
