I bought a second hand car from Hills who are the local Toyota dealer. I have driven their cars for decades.
I was looked after by Sufi who went above and beyond to deliver a personal service from the test drive, arranging finance and sorting out accessories he has done a great job.

Another very poor experience.

This is the only manufacturer service plan I’ve come across that does not include coolant top-ups as part of the service. When I specifically asked them to check the coolant level, I was told it was fine. The reality was that it was very low, and an independent garage has since confirmed that I have a coolant leak which requires repair.

They seem quick to recommend and charge for unnecessary add-ons, yet fail to identify genuine faults that need attention.

Needless to say, I won’t be renewing my service plan with them.
