From the ease of booking through the website, to the initial consultation, and then final installation, the entire experience was seamless. We ordered blinds for five rooms, and are delighted with the results.

Very unprofessional
I wouldn’t even give Hilary’s a one star. Ten minutes before my appointment the sales person cancelled. I booked my appointment over two weeks ago and took the time off work. Very unprofessional and I won’t be using them again.

Bad advice and customer service
I received bad advice regarding blackout blinds - I was asked if I wanted a cassette at the top for a small extra cost, which I decided to go with. What wasn't pointed out to me was that the design of the cassette means more light leaks in, which clearly goes against the purpose of a blackout blind. So I spent over EUR600 on blinds which frankly are useless to me. I contacted Hillary's but just got a standardised response saying thanks for the feedback.
I have previously used Hillarys and had been satisfied, but I won't be using them again.

Exceptional customer service even 2 years later
We had an issue with our blinds and I have to say that Hilliarys customer support was second to none - especially Jennifer Lynham. They found our account/ 2-year-old order right away, a service call was complete within 24 hours, and new parts sent out in the post. Highly recommend buying from Hillarys in Ireland!

Delighted with the service offered by this company. Right from the start, the telephone operator who arranged the appointment ( and helped sort out my registration as I inadvertently entered the wrong telephone number(!), to the fittings consultant who came to the house, with samples from which to choose, and finally the fitter who came with the blinds as ordered. Delighted with the new blinds and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.
