Worst shop ever
This was the worst (!!!) e-commerce shopping I ever had - since ever!
Ordered a Hikvision doorbell to a German shipping address. Unfortunately the shop got the wrong country for shipping (Netherlands instead of Germany, don't know why), while my name and address were correct.
Over three days I tried to call the shop to correct the shipping country. Called approx. 20 to 30 times. Voicemail only. Drops the line after approx. 5 minutes.
Sent multiple emails to eventually cancel my order. Received one reply, that this is not possible, since the order would have been shipped already. And received 10 minutes later another (from another address) that the order would have been cancelled!
Finally I decided to go for eBay Buyer Protection (Money Back Guarantee). It took more than 10 days before I received my money back.
Long story short: This shop is close to fraud.
Strong recommendation: Do never ever order there something!

And all of this within a more than good price comparing the rest of the internet availability. Answers via email (I ordered from Austria) came within less hours and sometimes within minutes back. Absolutely recommendable
