I've been using Highland Fuels for nearly 4 years now and they have been fantastic every time. Price seems good, handy direct debit scheme, friendly staff and they answer the phone straight away!!
Nothing is too much trouble for the delivery guys.
This week, i ordered on Monday and it arrived 5;30 am on Wednesday ( not the week i was expecting and happy with) . They even made sure they didn't wake us up - great company

A first Class service from Phone to Door
My Heating oil had ran out on 28/02, Friday Morning and it was freezing. I called at 8am and my call was answered politely by Catherine who had said she would do her best to get my delivery it too me and would get on it straight away. What a team, my tank was filled by Neil the delivery driver before 1pm, when i had returned for lunch from work, which was terrific as my house and tank are awkward placed to do the refill.
They had went out there way to ensure we had oil and were kept warm. Catherine even called to say the tank was full, delivery done!
That is fantastic service and we cannot thank them enough.

Been to a few Highland fuel stations
Been to a few Highland fuel stations. They have some of the most lovely staff. Unfortunately can’t say the same about the area manager in Renfrewshire Have witnessed a good few times being very toxic to staff. Very disappointed. Start using BP now.
