My order diddnt arive

Loved this brand - haven’t baught from them for a year two. It’s always Quality great clothing. I was surprised by how long it would take to ship this time. I believe I’m on two weeks. But I was told it will be early next week. They have always been true to their word in the past. I’m glad this local business is doing well.

Fair and honest review.
I think the pricing of items is really fair and affordable.
Love the design.
I placed an order on 25th November and it stated it would ship within 5-7 working days. Which I think is a great time frame.
Unfortunately, it’s now the 9th December- 16 days later and it has only shipped today- after me emailing 6 times to chase an update.

I don’t mind being patient as I understand that it’s a busy time of year, thankfully my order should arrive in the next 3 days and will be here in time for Xmas.

But I would be aware of placing an order now as I’d say it’s very unlikely it’ll arrive in time for Christmas:

Good quality clothes, and as a bigger lad, they fit very comfortably and generously

I've bought things through HD before, always been happy with the quality etc. but this time the service has marred with slow dispatch.

However, after I chased I was greeted with excellent customer service, quick responses, empathetic, personable etc. just all round solid which has 100% retained my custom.

A big shout out to Debz in the reponse team, she's top tier.

Used to items being delivered in a day or a couple of days at most. I made my last order earlier this week and I imagine it won’t come until next week. Is there anyway of fixing this timeline?

Shirts are super heavy duty quality, prints are detailed, holds up to a lot of washes and still looks new. Love the designs.

Not only do I love their designs, but the product is high-quality and durable. I live in the US and get questions and compliments all the time about where did I buy these T-shirts. The only downside is shipping takes awhile due to Trump and tariffs.
