The interface is intuitive, fast, and very well designed. I can focus on creating instead of fighting the software, and the quality of the results keeps getting better.
My only suggestion would be to offer more affordable plans with a larger number of credits for freelancers and independent creators. We’d love to create even more with Higgsfield, but we also have to keep an eye on our budgets.

Higgsfield is Best Option Available today!
I did a lot of research before I decided on my AI subscription. Higgsfield won me over quickly. I am a new user and learning on the fly, but am amazed at some of my results already. Most realistic (when desired) generations I have found anywhere. The lip sync is incredible too.
I am very excited to see where I adventure with the help of Higgsfield AI.
But a bit of a warning about some features like Super Computer. It can be a great help, one of your best guides, but if you prefer your own creativity be careful how much control you give it. I learned to ask it for prompts instead of generating for me because features like Super Computer, Canvas, and possibly others will use your credits even if you have unlimited during that time. Also I want to approve the prompt as the vision I have. I highly recommend asking the Super Computer (in free mode) set you up with a template for which ever model you are using.

I recently had a very disappointing…
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Higgsfield.ai. They advertised 24 hours of free access, so I entered my credit card details and waited almost the entire day, but the access was never activated.
An invoice was generated, and I also received a notification from my bank, yet Higgsfield sent no clear confirmation email explaining whether the free access had started, when it would expire, or when automatic billing would begin. This creates a serious risk that the trial could activate while the customer is unavailable and then convert into a paid subscription without proper notice.
The lack of transparent communication, clear activation status, and billing notifications is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A company handling customers’ payment details should provide immediate confirmation, visible trial timing, and clear reminders before any automatic charge.
This experience felt misleading and has significantly reduced my trust in Higgsfield.ai. I expected much better transparency and customer service from a company operating at this level.

I ran into an API issue where my videos came out in the wrong format even though the parameters looked correct on my side. I sent Higgsfield support a detailed report, and honestly, the experience was great. Mason from the support team took it seriously from the first message, got engineering involved, and they confirmed exactly what was happening — then told me a fix was already prepared so it won't happen to anyone else. On top of that, they compensated me generously for the lost credits and even apologized for the extra follow-up it took.
