Credits deducted despite Unlimited mode — support refused to resolve it
I purchased the Ultra plan together with additional add-ons because I specifically wanted to use the Unlimited models.
Before generating the affected videos, I repeatedly checked that the Unlimited toggle was enabled. Despite this, more than 3,000 credits were deducted from my account in a very short period, reducing my balance from over 5,000 credits to under 2,000.
I contacted support expecting a proper technical investigation and a fair resolution. Instead, after several messages and a long wait, they simply claimed that their internal logs showed the toggle was off. They did not provide the requested generation-by-generation evidence, timestamps, toggle history, screenshots, or any explanation for a possible discrepancy between what was displayed in the interface and what their backend recorded.
They refused to restore the disputed credits and also refused to extend the limited 7-day Unlimited period, even though I stopped using the service while waiting for the investigation because I was afraid of losing even more credits.
The most frustrating part is that the entire responsibility was placed on the customer, while the possibility of a technical, synchronisation, or interface problem was dismissed without transparent evidence.
I paid for a premium subscription and additional packages, but my first experience was losing a significant number of credits and receiving an unsatisfactory support response.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Higgsfield. Customers should carefully record their screen before every generation and monitor their credit balance, because having Unlimited access displayed in the account may not be enough to protect them from unexpected credit deductions.

1) diversity of models provided is genuinely helpful; I signed up on Kling separately for kling 3.0, but as with all of AI related things nowadays, yesterday’s king is not necessarily today’s the best model. In that sense, Higgsfield’s diversity genuinely keep me exposed to what is best suitable for my current project rather than locking you down to one
2) customer support. They offer discord channel and support center via email - their response is rather fast, although only complaint would be that it was difficult to initially find the help email address from their website.
However, once connected, you are connected - and they will act in your best interest and provide professional help. For me, over an oversight/confusion over promotion, I connected via discord to find support email, within 24 hours, I was connected with human at the other end of the line, and I got the help that I needed at the time. Shout out to Mira from Customer Support at Higgsfield for being professional, kind, and genuinely helpful.

A Great Creative Experience, but I Really Miss Unlimited Seedance
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using Higgsfield over the past month. The platform offers so many great examples that I can easily reuse and turn into visually impressive videos, and the website does a good job of guiding new users through the process.
What I loved most was the complimentary month of unlimited Enhanced Seedance 2.0 access. As a beginner, being able to bring every idea to life—and keep refining it—without constantly worrying about the cost was incredibly helpful. It gave me the freedom to experiment, learn, and explore different creative possibilities.
In terms of video quality, some of the weaker results may have been limitations of the Seedance model itself. But most of the time, the model really delivered at full power, and the results were excellent.
That said, there are a few things that disappointed me or could be improved:
1. Losing unlimited Seedance access
This is definitely the biggest issue for me. After having 30 days of unlimited Seedance, suddenly losing it almost felt like withdrawal—I had gotten so used to the freedom it gave me.
I still have credits available, but the mindset is completely different now. I’m much more hesitant to test an idea because every attempt has a cost. As a result, my motivation to create has dropped surprisingly quickly. I would absolutely love it if Higgsfield continued offering some form of unlimited Seedance Fast access, even if it were limited to a specific duration or video length.
2. The prompt box in Create Video is too small
The prompt field is so small that I often have to keep scrolling just to review what I’ve written. It would be great if users could resize it themselves, expand it into a larger editing window, or if the default box could simply be made bigger.
3. Unlimited Seedance isn’t available in Canvas
It’s unfortunate that unlimited Seedance access can only be used through Create Video and not inside Canvas. Canvas is much more visual and intuitive for organizing ideas and developing a creative workflow, so being able to use unlimited Seedance directly there would make the experience much better.
4. Prompts disappear when switching models
In Create Video, if I switch from Seedance to another model, such as Kling, the prompt disappears. This means I have to copy the prompt first, switch models, and then paste it back in every time, which is quite inconvenient.
It would be much easier if the current prompt remained unchanged when switching between models.
5. Prompts should be fully visible beneath images in Canvas
I would love to have the full prompt displayed directly beneath each image in Canvas. This would make it much easier to review, compare, and manage different generations without opening them one by one.
6. The prompt text in the Canvas sidebar is too small
The prompt displayed in the right-hand panel of Canvas is also difficult to read because the text is too small. A larger font size—or an option to adjust the text size—would make it much more comfortable to use.
Overall, I genuinely love Higgsfield and had a great experience during my first month. Unlimited Enhanced Seedance 2.0 made the platform especially valuable to me because it encouraged experimentation without hesitation. I hope some of these improvements can be considered, especially bringing back an unlimited Seedance Fast option in some form. I would be very happy to keep using it!
