I love this foundation and concealer! It lasts hours! Waterproof and didn’t transfer on to my face mask! Definitely recommend!!!

I have contacted customer support 5 times and no one ever gets back to me..all I want to do is exchange the color concealer and foundation I got to lighter shade.. mine is way to dark.

I love this product. I have thin eyebrows and some places where I have grays. This fills in all of the sparse areas and makes my eyebrows much fuller. I order the pens all the time.

I was very excited for this product to arrive. I only ordered one concealer. It arrived when it said it would, however they sent me the completely wrong shade. I am fair skinned and they sent something 7 shades too dark. I wrote to them immediately and then they wrote back asking for photos of the item and the packing slip. Well they didn't enclose a packing slip, so I was worried they would brush me off. They didn't! They responded in under 24 hours to apologize and said they will resend the correct item at no additional charge. Now I still have to wait to try the product, but I was extremely happy with the way my problem was handled and will likely be a returning customer.

I love the concealer I use it for my under eye dark shadows. I really recommend it for the seniors, or for anyone of a darker skin with this issue it really works.

I got it for my wife and she loves it the coverage is flawless I can see the difference when she wears it

The concealer is everything..I have tried everything under the sun to make these black circles under my eyes disappear but to no avail until Hide’s concealer.. Ive finally found my jam 😊😎..this product works wonders..it brightens my face and the circles are diminished..thank u Hide for a great product.

I tried the concealer because I have melasma and it covers it up great so i had to get the foundation. It's the best concealer I've used and it's not heavy or hard to take off. Thank you so much for the awesome products🌟🌻

This make up is thin and watered down. It did not cover anything, it was a complete waste of money. It rubbed off on everything ai touched. I will not purchase this again.

I recently ordered the foundation and the concealer they were both too dark so I contacted customer service they sent me out a different shade and they both match perfectly I love the coverage the long-lasting wear and that it's not sticky I will order again

I don't like to leave negative reviews but have had numerous e-mails asking me to leave a review & my response was exactly this because I was VERY unhappy with my purchase. Instead of asking why I just kept getting e-mails asking me to leave a review so here it is. The concealer DOES NOT cover up tattoos as advertised. I have a small faint tattoo and it does not cover it AT ALL. If i add more concealer to try to cover it then it just looks like a ton of noticeable make-up that comes off on EVERYTHING. This was the only reason I tried it. I doesn't work too well under the eyes but not horrible.

I would love to review the product. But I can't because I have not received it. They say they ship your order within 2 day and delivery averages between 2-5 days. So I should have received it like 7 days. I placed my order 18 days ago. The tracking number that they sent when my order was supposedly shipped didn't work. When I emailed them 2 day's ago (16 days after I placed my order)and let them know I haven't got what I ordered and the tracking number didn't work. They emailed me back with another tracking number. That tracking number shows the my order is still in CA.
It was being shipped from CA and the tracking number shows it is still in CA 18 days after placing my order. According to their website I should have received it in 7 days. That is my experience and I think it's a scam.

I can’t get a live person when I call customer service. I sent my unopened order back today for a refund because my color wasn’t right. I would of just reordered but can’t even speak to someone. I hope I’m not going to have an issue getting my money back.

Don't believe the hype...colors are very hard to match...I get a better coverage from Dermablend.
