I ordered 3 bottles of this product and without my knowledge they signed me up for $29.99 autopay. Scam company and the product does not even work.

100% SCAM - They charged me $39.99 every month (4 times) after my initial order without sending anything. I was able to get a hold of someone and their “company policy” can only refund 3 charges. Absolutely insane that they’re collecting $ for NOTHING.

This company has several pages on here so I’m posting to each one. Like every other real person here I was also scammed by this sham of a “company”. Ordered one product. Which I did receive. Then noticed 5 months later I’d been charged $39.99 a month for their “rewards and perks”. No indication of this on my order confirmation… and no other email ever. No receipt for the monthly debit. No promotional emails saying “you’re part of this great rewards program… here are great products you can try”. Nothing. They know if they send emails you’ll catch on to what they’re doing. I went to the “cancel my membership” link and it continually brought me to a web page that doesn’t exist. I got a 404 ERROR page every time. I called. I emailed the address on the website and it bounced back. I’ve only been able to get to someone using the “contact us” form on the site. They told me they cancelled and have me a month refund. I continue to email back insisting on a full refund. 10 emails in and they say “we will be happy to cancel for you”. You said that was done 8 emails ago.

I am outraged that this sham of a business is making money off of siphoning money from people who tried their product once. And it’s a crappy product to boot. Based on some of the reviews some never even got the product! They’ve rebranded to “Volumize” now. Likely to avoid bad reviews and accountability for what they’re doing.

I made a one-time purchase as part of a black Friday sale in November of 2025. I received the items and thought all was well. However, I realized that they charged my card $39.99 four times, one charge each month, without my authorization after my initial purchase. I did not sign up for a membership, not was I informed that purchasing would require me to pay a monthly membership without monthly products. The month that I cancelled the membership and cancelled my credit card they charged $39.99 four times in a row! In four months they charged me $39.99 eight times for no products! They are a scam company! Buyers BEWARE!!

Echoing what others have said. It's been nearly three weeks and I have no indication it's even been shipped. And two weeks after the original transaction they charged me an extra 30 dollars for a subscription I don't remember being notified of. If I actually receive the product and a refund for this then I might bump it to three stars but as of right now I'm calling this a scam.

EDIT: They've gotten back to me and processed a refund so I have bumped it to two stars. I will edit this review once or if I receive the product.

Can confirm what others are saying, I authorized one purchase for their product at a sale price of $30.99. I was charged $39.99 an additional two times. I reached out to them the first time and they credited back $30.99. I currently have an email out requesting for them to return any of the money charged over the $30.99 that I authorized. Thankfully I did receive the product, but I haven’t used it yet so I cannot comment on its efficacy. I am giving two stars for the fact that they did respond to my email.

3/12/26 1335: Editing to reduce down to 1 star. After writing this review, I called their customer service number. I was advised that the $39.99 charges were from the VIP membership. I never signed up for any kind of membership. It was not even an offer when I checked out. I have the receipt stating I paid a one time fee for one product. I reiterated this to the customer service rep. The best she could do was cancel the "membership" and credit back half of my membership fee. Definitely a scam of a company. Also, in the last month, they have completely rebranded and changed their website.

Bought a one-time purchase as part of a black Friday sale, finally noticed now (in February) they have been charging a recurring fee of $39.99 a month since November for NOTHING, not sending any products, no communication via email, nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal from you after!

Hello I’m back to share my opinion about this company so at first I was stuck in the nightmare of not receiving my product for weeks then I finally did so that was resolved but now literally 2 months later they are trying to charge me a subscription fee I don’t recall ever signing anything that says I agreed to any type of subscription terms. So I don’t know what the hell they have going on but I’d advise them to watch out and refund me my money because I will be reporting them. I will give them three business days to fix this and return my money to me I don’t want to see anymore charges from you people and I’m serious!!!

Scam. They take over 4 weeks to ship without telling you and keep saying “it’s going to ship soon”. Don’t waste your money

Scammers, still charging me for recurrent payment months later after I cancelled my initial order because they took so long to ship it out.

Scammed into "membership". My initial order was for 3 bottles, one time shipment. They have billed me twice this month for product not even received. No communication prior to billing. The product isn't effective and isn't worth buying imo.

Complete scammers! I finally bought a bottle about 2.5 weeks ago after seeing some ads on Instagram.

Not only did I not receive my product, a few days ago out of nowhere they charged my card for $39.99! I never saved my payment method!

I've sent multiple messages on their site's form submission, and have called their customer service +1 (513)-449-9947. They have not responded to my email to their info@ email, either.

Drop Ship scam. Product is fine, don’t really notice a difference. Just like everyone else, I cancelled my subscription after I noticed they would repeatedly charge me every month, yet THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Call them it will tell you they’re helping other customers and then they will disconnect the call.

Absolutely WORST company!! SCAM! When you make a purchase, you’re automatically enrolled in their VIP membership. They wait until after your product has shipped, and then charge your card the $39.99 fee. Nowhere on their website does it say when you make a purchase, you’re automatically enrolled in this membership. In fact, if you click on the ‘Membership’ link all the way at the bottom of the screen, it says you have to add it to you cart during the purchase process!!!! I have emailed them 3 times now and I get the same autogenerated email in return probably a week or more later. This is an absolute SCAM!! DO NO BUY!!

Buyer beware. When you purchase anything they keep your credit card and auto sign you up for a monthly membership that costs $39.99. No email notification, nothing. You only find out what is going on after you get these random charges and have to figure out what is going on.

I ordered on December 21st for which I was first charged. I received an email, but no invoice or receipt. I have not received the product, but I was charged again a week later at a higher rate of 39.99. The first charge was 30.95. Not good practice for a company. Seeing these other reviews with the same problem, it worries me.
