Hi! Despite loving the idea and designs, I was overall disappointed with the order. First off, it took about 3 weeks from the moment I made the order to the point when it arrived. I was not notifi... See more

I’m so disappointed that I didn’t read…
I’m so disappointed that I didn’t read these reviews. 11 days before my wedding I had to order all of my wedding flowers from another supplier, and pay extra for delivery. I originally paid for express delivery with HB, was told it was dispatched, then lost, then each day was told that they were being resent that day and they never were.
They told me they would refund on the 21st October yet still nothing! Please do better it’s so stressful for people having to chase suppliers just before their wedding.
Don't send anything or respond to emails
Gosh, I wish I'd read the views before splurging on these flowers for my wedding. The seller hasn't honoured their own shipping date promise and doesn't reply to emails. I've had to request a charge back because I can't get a hold of anyone at this company and will now need to rapidly source other flowers for the wedding. Avoid!
WARNING: DID NOT DELIVER OR COMMUNICATE
WARNING - AVOID STRESS AND DO NOT ORDER
I sent an enquiry back on March 2025 for a bespoke order for my wedding (2 November 2025). Didn't have any communication in the run-up to the wedding other than when I prompted it. About 2 months before my wedding they started sending photos of the bridal bouquet and we went back and forth, but then there was suddenly radio silence.
I chased multiple times for an update only to be told 'Cagla' would update me as soon as possible (I believe this is the business owner). They did not provide an update or contact me. I attempted to contact them through their Etsy store as well and they eventually responded, only to be told the same thing - I would receive an update soon. This of course didn't happen.
The deadline for delivery came and went without an update, I chased again asking for a refund if they could not fulfil my order - this was met with further silence. I then demanded a refund again, stating they were in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (a clear breach of contract) and that I would be pursuing a claim with my bank (Section 75 under the Consumer Credit Act 1974). I have also since reported them to trading standards.
Fortunately, I found another supplier who were able to provide the services I needed for my wedding, despite the short turnaround. In fact, I think I actually prefer the flowers I had from them. However, this did cause a lot of stress at a time where it was not needed and I would hate for any other bride to have to go through that. So, save yourself the drama and go with another supplier. There are plenty out there that do an amazing job and will actually communicate with you.
Regardless of their reasons, this company has failed on so many accounts, not even maintaining the minimum level of communication. To potentially ruin what should be one of the best days of someone's life without any care is simply unacceptable.
Beautiful Dried Flowers
I can’t speak on behalf of those who purchased artificial flowers as i purchased dried flowers BUT I adore my purchase!! It’s everything I wanted. It wasn’t quite shipped on time (wasn’t long after) as they did not have some of the flowers in stock. But once I got in contact I was informed of this.
I have been keeping my flowers very safe to ensure they don’t crack etc.
Very happy thank you very much!
Warning, avoid this scamming company!
🚨 WARNING: Hidden Botanics are scammers — avoid at all costs! They are rebranding as Blue Cottage Florist - avoid avoid avoid! 🚨
We ordered our wedding flowers a full year in advance, and this company completely ripped us off. Communication was a nightmare from the start — I had to chase every single update myself.
Eventually, we were sent photos of arrangements that looked beautiful, and we approved them straight away. After that, silence. No updates, no dispatch date, nothing. Two weeks before our wedding, I had to chase again. The supposed dispatch day came and went — still no flowers.
With only six days before our wedding, we had no flowers and no communication from Hidden Botanics. I ended up messaging them across all their social media accounts just to get a response. When they finally replied, they apologized and promised a refund — but the refund never arrived.
After more chasing, they apologized again, cancelled the order, and promised another refund. That one never arrived either.
This company is completely untrustworthy. They took our money, ghosted us, and left us panicking right before our wedding. Do not risk your wedding day or your money with Hidden Botanics. They are dishonest, unreliable, and should be avoided at all costs.
Worse than terrible.
Based on my experience - and many similar reviews here - I absolutely would not recommend Hidden Botanics. If you're planning a wedding and need clear communication, reliability, and peace of mind, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.
I ordered my wedding flowers months in advance, only to receive the wrong colour. I sent several emails to fix the issue, but received no reply — until I mentioned that I would open a dispute with my bank. At that point, I got a response almost immediately, and a replacement was sent out within a few days. That alone raised red flags for me.
After receiving my dress, I decided the bouquet style didn’t quite work. I contacted them again to request an exchange and was told it was “no problem.” I returned both the original and replacement flowers (at my own cost), but then heard nothing. After chasing, I was told (a week later) that the returned flowers had arrived and the new ones would be shipped that day, and I’d be sent a tracking number shortly.
That was Friday 24th October. My wedding was 1st November.
By Monday - no flowers or tracking link. Tuesday - still nothing. I emailed multiple times, again without response. Then on Wednesday, I emailed again - this time asking for a full refund or I’d be escalating with my bank. Within 6 minutes, I had a reply. Suddenly, someone was available to answer.
I was then told that there had been a flood at the warehouse, which apparently affected many customers. I was also asked not to leave a bad review as it “wasn’t their fault.” While I sympathise if that did indeed happen, it’s incredibly bad customer service to provide zero proactive communication or at the very least to reply to one of the many emails I and others here were sending.
By this point, I had no choice but to place a last-minute order for fresh flowers from another company - costing me an additional £650 just days before my wedding.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Avoid at All Costs – No Order, No Refund, No Communication
I ordered wedding flowers from Hidden Botanics and the money was taken immediately, but I never received an order confirmation or any communication.
Over the following weeks, I emailed multiple times, used their website chat, and messaged on Instagram — all were ignored. When I finally got a reply after commenting publicly, they claimed they were in their “busy season” and that my order was delayed due to missing items. They promised dispatch, but it never happened.
After repeated follow-ups, I was told there then had been a “leak in their studio” yet they continued posting polished marketing content and even rebranded their website during this period. It’s clear they are still taking payments while failing to fulfil orders or communicate.
This experience has caused huge stress during my wedding planning and I now have to source replacements last minute. I’ve since found a Facebook group called “Scammed by Hidden Botanics” full of people with identical stories.
I’ve reported this to Citizens Advice and requested that it be passed to Trading Standards.
Do not order from Hidden Botanics — they take your money, ignore you, and deliver nothing.
Definitely Avoid. Should have looked at the reviews
Everything looked as though it was going well, we had ordered 5 bouquets and 9 button holes which were slightly bespoke but not a massive difference from the website.
Confirmed price to us and we paid in full. Beginning of September we got sent pictures of the finished bouquet and confirmed it looked amazing and excited to see the rest. They confirmed that delivery would be a month before our wedding.
They sent through the rest of the pictures the following week and all looked good so we were expecting these to be sent around the beginning of October as they had confirmed.
We have been chasing this ever since and regularly getting ignored. 2 weeks before the wedding we actually managed to get 2 replies on the same day from different people saying different things. One confirming that they would be sent on Tuesday as that was their shipping day. The other saying they will send pictures of the order across and will ship this as a priority. Both were a lie.
After chasing for a tracking number they now said it was shipping last Friday. Again this was a lie.
We are now ~£400 down with no flowers for our wedding this weekend. We have spent all week scrambling trying to get this sorted whilst they completely ignore.
Disgusting.
EDIT: They seem to have deleted their social media accounts which were also not responding to me whilst advertising products and sales they were putting on. We have got our money back from the credit card company as they completely ignored us as soon as we starting asking for money back. Save yourself the drama and find someone else as these are attrocious.
❌‼️ AVOID ‼️❌
❌‼️ AVOID ‼️❌
Would rate worse if possible I get married on Friday have been given the excuse of a leak in their studio causing a delayed response, my flowers were then apparently sent - unable to follow any tracking which was yet another red flag - with only a picture of a sticker with my address - no response and a there is now a whole Facebook page dedicated to “scammed by hidden botanics”
I get married on Friday with no money leftover now to try and arrange alternatives, devastated the company is a shambles complete scam
BRIDES AVOID!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The stress and worry this company have caused me is appalling! My wedding is next week and I have had no confirmation of my flowers being made, never mind being dispatched. I paid for express delivery and they should have been here a week ago.
They have ignored any attempt at communication until I reminded them that they have broken the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If anyone is in the same situation, please send them a letter stating this and get a full refund, don't even bother trying to find out where your flowers are, they most likely don't exist!
How they are still operating is beyond me, they are clearly scamming people out of money. I'll also be reporting them to trading standards. I can't believe what they are putting brides through!
Don't be fooled by the fake reviews on their website!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
DO NOT BUY. Scam!
DO NOT BUY
My order was never shipped and I am quite certain this is just a scam. Your order will not arrive and they will ignore all your messages.
Please heed this before thinking about buying!! I dont think the photos on their website are real either.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered my wedding flowers nearly 4 months before my wedding and paid immediately for a bespoke order. Was told they would be shipped 1 month prior to my day.
6 weeks before my wedding (and 2 weeks before they were due to be delivered) I reached out asking for updates. And nothing. Radio silence. Over the next two weeks I emailed and was told it was “being looked into”.
Fastforward to 3 weeks before my wedding, and 1 week before the revised delivery date, I contacted again and nothing. I emailed several times asking for an update. I dm’d on instagram and finally starting commenting on instagram posts.
It was only through this that I found a number of brides having the same frustrations: no flowers, no communication and no idea if what we’d ordered was going to arrive.
Just over 2 weeks before my wedding I finally got a response offering me a refund or to stick with my order. I took the refund because I had lost all trust and faith that I would receive my flowers in time as I still hadn’t had any estimated delivery date.
It has now been a week since I asked for my refund and I have been met with silence again. No confimation of when I will receive it and no confirmation it has even been processed.
I’ve been under immense stress in the lead up to my wedding having to source alternative flowers just 2 weeks before my day - not an easy feat - nor a cheap one as many alternatives having to charge for “rush delivery”.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This company has made the lead up to my wedding a stressful and more expensive experience.
Reviewing to hopefully save another bride from the stress.
And if Hidden Botanics are reading this, this whole thing could have been avoided if you did one thing: communicate. If you’d told me at the first instance the reason for the delay (regardless of the reason) I wouldn’t have felt neglected and scammed. Do better and communicate with customers, and please process my refund.
I am devastated
I am devastated
My wedding is next week and the communication has been horrendous the past nearly 2 months.
When I finally got a reply, last Friday, they explained that they would post the flowers the next day. 5 days later, no tracking number and no replies to any emails!
After spending around 750 on bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, button holes and a flower crown.
I am now on the hunt for someone to help me last minute and will have to spend another large amount of money on the run up to my wedding.
It really isn't fair to practically keep the brides in the dark this close to their wedding
If they say they're going to post it, they should post it!
I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. I ordered three bouquets, seven boutonnières, and two wrist corsages for my wedding. I live in a different state than where my wedding is so instead of trying to fly with these items, I had them sent to the state that my wedding was. Because of that, by the time I saw these items, I was outside of the 14 day period of returning. I guess that I was lucky in that I received my order because I have seen a lot of stuff on social media of people not getting their orders. Everything that I purchased was extremely cheap looking. I think that everything was fake, I don’t think anything was dry. There were cotton balls on a plastic stick shoved into the middle of two of the bouquets. They were nothing like the photo and not worth anywhere near the cost. I spent over $250 for what I could have spent around $30 at Michael’s purchasing fake flowers and greenery that looked the same. I have sent multiple emails and messages on Instagram over the last two and a half weeks with absolutely zero acknowledgement. I’m glad that I found this option to leave a review because the links that I clicked on their website took me to some Etsy page that is currently closed. I would highly recommend finding another vendor if you want to have your bouquets look At least somewhat real.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Please please please, do not buy anything from this company. I really wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews first. This company will keep lying to you about delivery times. They still haven't sent me my flowers and my wedding is this week! They are also very difficult to get in touch with. They are also on ETSY & under different names so be very careful. Shop with other vendors to avoid the headache! Do not be fooled by there glitzy websites/instagram page!
Awful company who gaslight you. Avoid
Awful company who gaslight you. I ordered in February and keep being told I'll see designs in 1-2 weeks and have had one rushed picture, I was asked any changes, I gave feedback and no worries we will update you. Another month and nothing.
My wedding is in two weeks and we travel to it in one and I currently have no wedding flowers! I've spent nearly 2k with them and they cheekily took more money to up my order!!
I've chased via email and Etsy and at this stage feel I'm being scammed.
I'm sat here devastated that so close and I have nothing. I ordered bouquets, buttons holes, floral handbands, buds for tables and arch decor.
To scam people for weddings is evil.
I've started a Facebook group Scammed by Hidden Botanics. Please join and let's do group action
I ordered a bouquet and button hole via…
I ordered a bouquet and button hole via the website one month before my wedding but with one week to go they have not arrived and I have had no response from Hidden Botanicals.
I will be asking for a refund.
Had to chase my flowers constantly…
Had to chase my flowers constantly never got reply then told it would be in spam or junk which again it wasn't. Made my flowers completely wrong to the picture I sent when they changed them and they arrived there falling apart flower heads off made very very cheap like tissue so you touch them and they tear. Also pink and yellow pen marks on my flowers complete wrong colour I wanted dusty blue and yellow I got just baby blue noway are these flowers £98 worth not a chance. I could make my own cheaper and better quality. Iv emailed them and they said I can only have 30% discount!! So what i loose the other £60 for some flowers fit for the bin?? I'm stressed to hell with this place I have 7weeks until my wedding and now iv got to find someone else who can fulfill the order. I'm not accepting 30% as it states online happy bride promise if u dnt like them they will take them back, however as stated in my email they won't accept them back. If I could leave no stars I would because this place is a joke. I wish I'd have read the reviews first cos I'm clearly not the first person. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous. Please avoid!
I ordered a custom bundle around a beautifully pictured bridal bouquet (almost £700). The flowers which turned up were absolutely horrific quality - tied together with cable ties and electrical tape! The colours were completely wrong. The leaves used in the photos were long stemmed eucalyptus and the ones I recieved had some cheap bright green and very fake looking leaves.
I emailed my concerns and after a considerably delay in their replies, they suggested they re make them and send me photos along the way to address the issues. After again a considerable delay, photos were sent and they were still not up to standard or matched the photos online. At this point I requested to return and for them to issue a full refund.
After waiting another few days for the return address, I returned and heard nothing for a week. After chasing (again!) I was told the refund had been processed (27th August) and would take 5-7 working days. It’s now 3 weeks later and I’m yet to receive my money back. It’s absolutely ridiculous the stress caused by this company. They should not be allowed to trade and market their business the way they do - it is all so false. The reality is far from how amazing their website and socials look.
I have been left with no choice but to write this review in hopes of my refund actually making it to me.
Please please please avoid like the plague.
Just don’t
Order look nothing like the picture, flowers were 99% plastic, cheaply made and had visible glue. Requested a refund, paid to return it and was consequently ignored. Only managed to get a refund because someone was able to go to their office on my behalf.
