Dreadful AVOID

Dreadful AVOID! I had my wedding flowers from them and they were awful, broken, mostly filler stems but - they were not even dried properly so the sap/juice from the stems leaked all over my wedding dress and ruined the dress the photos and the look. The bridesmaids crowns were so dreadful the all refused to wear them! AVOID

Avoid! Will ruin your wedding

Avoid! Mismatched delivery without labelling and they overcharged & under delivered.

Real issue is their catastrophic customer service.

Wedding supplier unreachable despite £1k+ confirmed order

I’m posting this review because I currently have a confirmed wedding order worth over £1,000 with this business and am unable to contact them.

As of today:
• Their website is unavailable
• Their social media accounts appear to no longer exist
• Emails sent to their business email address bounce back as undeliverable

I have made multiple advance payments for my wedding, and at present there is no way to contact the business to get reassurance that my booking is secure or even to confirm whether they are still trading.

If this situation is due to a rebrand or temporary closure, I would have expected some form of communication — particularly as a customer with a large, confirmed wedding order. The sudden disappearance across all channels without notice has understandably caused concern.

I hope this is a temporary issue and that the business reappears and contacts affected customers, but until then I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware of the current lack of communication.

Like others, so many have not received their order, or the order has been poor quality and communications stop as soon as you request a refund.

The director appears to have more than one company. So be careful out there.

Looks like Hidden Botanics may also be heading towards going under as their website is no longer, the Etsy page for Erini Flowers or something like that (same director) is also down.

A third Facebook page with a different company name has been seen as well (sorry, not sure of name).

If you've got a claim - CHARGEBACK and quickly.

Another one scammed

Like many others here, I also got scammed by this company.

Placed my order, and received an automated order confirmation with detail that orders would be made up within 7 days, then to allow 4 days for postage.

I received no other communication at all.

After a couple of weeks passed without my order, or hearing anything from the brand, I went to check their Instagram, and saw it had suddenly disappeared despite being active at the time of my order. This rang alarm bells. I then put Hidden Botanics into web search and myriad reviews / mentions of scamming came up immediately.

I emailed the shop asking what was going on, and received no response. A week later I emailed again asking to respond within a week’s deadline. Heard nothing back again. At this point I began a payment dispute and thankfully got my money back. It seems I was lucky, as the company are apparently now challenging customer’s chargebacks.

HB seem to have now completely removed their website, but purchasers should beware that they also operate under other names on Etsy.

No flowers, no refund, no contact

Like many others here we spent nearly £1500 for custom wedding flowers. One day all communication just stopped. All emails have gone unanswered. We were left with no wedding flowers and had to order from somewhere else last minute. Still no refund. Disgusting that up until recently they were still accepting people's orders and money.

Order never delivered - no response

Ordered a bridal bouquet and button holes on 17th October 2025, got an email saying 'you will be notified when your order is dispatched. Nothing since and now their website has changed to an 'opening soon' banner with a message that they are not taking new orders. No response to my email asking where my order is. Why have they been taking payment for orders that they can't fulfill? Seems that the owner posted 4 months ago that the company was closing so to still take orders from that point on is outright theft. Will be following up with my bank to see if I can get my money back but I am not hopeful.

Held my flowers ransom despite having paid

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered flowers for my wedding. At first, their communication was great and they created beautiful bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids (responding within 48 hours to all correspondence/ requests). They promised to send these to me 6 weeks before the wedding.

However, weeks went past and I had zero confirmation of these being sent or even an estimated delivery date.

It got to one week before the wedding and they still hadn’t responded to any request for an update (despite me having paid for the service in full already and having signed off the design 2 months earlier).

The company did not respond until I had contacted them via phone, email, live chat, FB, Instagram and more (it took finding the director on Insta via companies house to get an answer after radio silence for over 4 weeks).

Flowers were nice on arrival but not worth the stress they caused. There wasn’t even a sincere apology.

I’d 100000% avoid. Complete scam tbh.

It started off so well, which is such a shame.
I booked them as my friends wedding flowers was by this company and they looked beautiful, didn’t even think I would need to look at the reviews, and I wish I did.
CAUTION: look, if you have Facebook, at Scammed by Hidden Botanics. I had a situation very similar to others on there.
I received my preview on September as expected, they looked beautiful. After that, I was ghosted and strung along to ensure I didn’t get my items. The weekend after the delivery date, I reached out to requested a full refund. Which they said they would. I ended up going through my bank as they never did and kept the money for themselves. THE COMPANY HAS CLOSED AND ARE STILL TAKING MONEY, try to avoid at all costs.
Something has happened and it’s such a shame, but they haven’t done the proper thing and given people their money back, such a shame.
Luckily I had a back up!

Do NOT use this company if you actually want your flowers delivered. They’ve even deleted their social media channels, so there’s no way to contact them directly.

We’re now having to go through our bank to try to get our money back.

They caused enormous stress just a few weeks before our wedding — not only by failing to deliver the flowers, but by holding on to the money they’d promised to refund.

Scam company. AVOID

Ordered flowers for my wedding and paid an extra £10 for quick delivery.

The flowers didn't arrive when they were meant to and I chased them up constantly but got no response at all.

I now have to get married without a bouquet.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered £800+ of flowers and displays in February this year for my wedding in January 2026.

Since then reviews have gone from 4+ stars to what they are now (2.4 which blows my mind!). Multiple company name changes on socials and Etsy, the owner has posted in her Instagram (liked on Eirini florals account - another name for this scam business) that her studio closed over 4 months ago but is still registered in Norwich on caompanies house.

All emails go ignored, no updates on custom orders and multiple customers being let down as you can see on scammed by hidden botanics Facebook group and on wedding forums. Currently pleading with my credit card company to process a section 75 to cancel and refund my full order so I can order from a real and reputable company that will communicate and deliver the goods.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Disappointment

Hi! Despite loving the idea and designs, I was overall disappointed with the order.
First off, it took about 3 weeks from the moment I made the order to the point when it arrived. I was not notified of any issues, but after reaching out myself, I was told: “Some of the floral ingredients needed for your design have been temporarily out of stock due to high seasonal demand” - not something you want to learn almost by accident… I was offered a replacement or a refund if I am not happy with the (still blurry) timeline, but I decided to keep my fingers crossed, hoping it would arrive in the following two weeks. Which it did!
Sadly, the boutonniere (beautiful, just like the photo, credit where it’s due) fell apart less than an hour after being put in the suit pocket. Not altogether, some part of it passed as being the design itself, so not a complete disaster, but a huge disappointment nonetheless.
All this stress for a part of the wedding preparation made it not worth the money, which is a great shame. I hope the company does better in the future!

No flowers, no refund, no contact - report this scam company

Like the mountain of other reviews here, I submit my order in July - it is now mid November with two days until my wedding and the flowers are nowhere to be seen nor do I have any updates from them.

I've never received updates and only responses from chasing my order which stopped around a week ago. The last I heard was 'its being sent out today' then nada since. Luckily I was able to sort out flowers last minute but I haven't received any acknowledgement, apology or refund.

It is outrageous that this company has been able to take money from brides who just want the best for such a special day. What's even more outrageous is that they still have the audacity to STILL be taking orders and money. They've deactivated their Instagram which is massive red flag but just like others here, I will be reporting them to the trading authorities and filing a dispute with my bank to get the payment back.

If anyone's reading these reviews, please save yourself the anxiety and money - you deserve the peace of mind!

UPDATE 20/01/2026:
I disputed the payment with my bank in November. They contacted the company on my behalf who has rejected the claim and won't provide a refund - despite not receiving any comms or even the flowers I ordered from them for over two months now. Luckily my bank is not satisfied with the evidence but it seems like the company is still alive and out to keep the money they stole from everyone!
