Hair quality good but I didn’t get what I thought I ordered
The wig is too short and it’s not fully braided
I wanted a fully braided wig not just the front

Very bad quality I want to return it for a full refund

Hair is just a beautiful as advertised and well made. Comes with a lot of free goodies. Good customer service and communication about shipping and delivery. Would order from them again.

My first time ordering a unit from HermosaHair. It was delivered in 5 days. It is a beautiful wig 20' body wave soft, the lace is almost HD very easy to work with. No outrageous smell. I would definitely be ordering again.

I had a great experience with this company! My wig arrived within just two weeks, which was okay. Throughout the process, I reached out to customer service a couple of times, and each time they responded quickly and provided information about my order status.
When my wig arrived yesterday, it was exactly as described: no surprises, just perfect! The quality is great, and I absolutely love how it looks and feels. It’s clear they deliver on what they promise.

Great hair ! fast delivery! Looks exactly in the photos and also responded quickly when i had questions about the hair.

The hair is beautiful and the color is perfect. It’s don’t hold a curl long but it doesn’t tingle, a little shedding and the lace is good (per my hairstylist). I requested a smaller cap and it fits perfectly. It did take at least two weeks or so to get here, so if you need it asap, don’t get color or special cap size. If things change for the worse after I’ve worn it longer than 24hrs, I’ll come back but for now, I love it. Will try the bundles and frontal next.

Waited a while for my package, but once I received it they included free eyelashes and other accessories. The hair looks great and good quality! Also comes in a pretty silky purple bag!

I have been trying to contact the company to return my wig from the day I received it. I’ll pre-face this by saying the hair is beautiful, very soft and good quality. However, in my opinion, it does not look as pictured. I contacted them less than an hour after receiving it to begin the return process. They responded asking for pictures that it has not been touched which I provided. They then responded with ways in which I could treat it to make it more ‘beautiful’ and offering a discount. I declined this and re-requested the procedure to return it. I’ve contacted them 3 times since and have heard nothing from them. I do not trust this company any longer and warn others to be wary! Shame as I was hoping to order from them again but perhaps the more basic looking wigs to avoid disappointment.

Turned out better than I expected! Will be ordering more wigs from this company!

I got my wigs and they are both very beautiful wigs it came quickly and I cannot wait to wear them

The Lace is perfect, blended so well with no tinting required. Definitely a 100/10, plus came with two curlers for the bangs.
