The order arrived extremely quickly. I appreciate the communication informing/confirming that it arrived. I tried it on quickly and have no complaints. The quality is consistent with other human hair wigs I have worn and enjoyed. I am looking forward to styling the unit.

As a woman with alopecia receiving my Hermosa wig was a great experience. I love it the realistic feel that it gives me is amazing.

I personally bought 2 wigs from this place and the inches were not as described . I have went back and fourth with them to correct the situation but they have yet to do it. I would not order from them if u are a beginner.

Love this hair down bad , i got the 16inch & it’s so full & thick. The only downside is that is sheds a little bit. Not sure if that’s just a curly hair problem or what, but other than that good hair !

This is the 3rd time ordering from Hermosa & all 3 transactions and wigs were wonderful. Seller is quick to respond, order arrives on time, and most importantly the hair quality is beautiful just as pictured!

Horrible from beginning to end. Ordered the boho wig with 4c edges on may 19th and wig shipped on May 28th , received June 1st but guess what....wrong fukking wig. Don't waste your time with this incompetent and overpriced company. Furthermore, the wig is only half braided. A half braided 26 in wig for $306, entirely overpriced. I should have listened to all the negative reviews and of course my gut.
