They have a great range of devices to choose from and their prices are excellent- way better than most other retailers They're always my first port of call whenever I'm looking for a new vape. Poor referral scheme
I like this store as they offer some great products which are often discounted
I don't like the referral scheme though.
I referred a friend who bought a Pax 3 and I was sent a £15 voucher
I tried to use it to buy a grinder but at checkout, I was told I couldn't redeem the voucher for that product but there is nothing in any of the correspondence I have received that details what it can be spent on so it seems a little bit scammy!
I also emailed the site about this but I received no reply.

Poor stock taking and customer service.
*Late review, item ordered Nov. 2021, so you can't use "setting up new premises" as an excuse.
Review: Ordered a vape device. After about a week I hadn't received a shipping confirmation or tracking details on AfterShip, so I e-mailed to ask about the order, to be told it's out of stock, and was offered a refund or credit. Opted for the refund so I can take my money elsewhere.
Not very professional to not bother to inform the customer that an item they paid for is out of stock. I had to make the initial contact, but they do respond to e-mails, so they get 2 stars for that.
