When you taste the tinctures from herbal apothecary, you can really taste the herb. With many other companies, the first thing you taste is the ethanol.

The final cost of the products and deliver
I've been using the products from this company for a few months- the quality appears to be good and there is variety for me to buy as I help my clients back to health. The only thing I don't like is that the tax and postage are added on my bill which ends up being so expensive so in the end it does not feel that it has been so great once this cost is added - in fact it feels quite harsh. Other brands who deliver products do not do this and it would be great if they thought about this.

Hi Randhiraj, many thanks for your review. We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the quality and variety of our range. However, we're sorry to hear that you find it expensive, we do try to provide good value for money, whilst ensuring quality remains high.
In terms of tax, like many practitioner sites, all prices are displayed excluding VAT, so that as a business practitioners are able to claim the VAT back. We find it really helps practitioners to display the prices like this, so that they don't have to work out what the VAT is. Our postage prices are also competitive and in alignment with what we are charged by our delivery providers, and of course postage is free over £250 net. We hope this explanation helps.
