I love these clothes
I love these clothes, top quality, great fit if you like oversized. I've bought 6 different items now and cant complain about anything to do with the clothes. Prices aren't Primark but neither are the clothes.

Hoodies good, T-shirts ok
The hoodies are great, the t shirts are ok. I have some of Mat Armstrong's HWBT t shirts who are made by HERA, and they are real nice thick heavy t shirts. The ones sold by HERA themselves are just like standard t shirt material. I assumed they would be heavy and the same quality given that they're the same company.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered two men’s T-shirts size large on Sunday evening when I received the confirmation of the order I realised I should have ordered the medium. I immediately emailed customer service and I received a response saying they would contact me shortly which Zoe did Monday morning. Zoe had contacted the warehouse the order was amended and is now on its way.
I have ordered many items for my son over the years and always been impressed with the quality of the goods also the packaging. If I have had any questions I do an online chat and I have always been happy with the quick response.

I received my order which was gorgeous but the thread on a skirt was a bit loose and quite obvious when wearing so they organised a replacement so I didn’t have to pay postage again and also didn’t lose my discount code . Very happy!

Clothes absolutely lovely but customer services on the other hand
Clothes absolutely lovely, gorgeous quality. Unfortunately items don’t fit, 2 too small, 1 is too big. I live in Isle of Man and I have had a terrible time trying to return these items!!! Been a week now and haven’t had a returns label organised and emailed the customer support this numerous times! Items aren’t exactly cheap and have £148 worth of things I can’t wear!!! Shocking
