I've purchased from hembryggeriet a couple of times now. I have nothing negative to say - they process orders fast, their prices are competitive, shipping costs are resonable. When something goes wrong like shipping issues they've resolved it quickly and without fuss. They do lack some essentials like fermaid-o, go-ferm protect evolution and some specific types of pH-buffers, but overall they carry a decent variety of supplies that covers most of what you resonably need.

While shop offers big variety of products and fast delivery, the delivery charges are extremely high -199 SEK (20 euros) for delivery. The worst part is when you need to return product - the return label has to be purchased as separate product 99 SEK (10 euros) and company will charge you for delivery of this “product” another 40 SEK (4 euros)! In 2020 this is simply a burglary - return label can be easily sent electronically as PDF. The company need to work on their policies to become more customer- and environment- minded and not only try to score as much money on any small thing.
