Good app i want to know more about this kind of service. Because i now that you are offering vertical and i want to apply. But please not make Constant threats that they close my profile if I don't do what they say sometimes customers don't respond and nothing else can be done. So be considered if I haven't been able to get many customers yet. I accept requests and then customers cancel and it's not my problem. And i want to activen de service vertical here in Karlsruhe.

Have been using helping for about a year now. Never had any issues. The cleaners have been courteous and thorough. The app and service itself has been great. Would recommend

Helpling is a very good company and well planned, I like them and would like to continue working with them but I need long-term customers and longer hours daily, and also is very important to have more work in the city where am living , thanks and God bless

Simple and perfect, just that I need more offers and customers

I’m extremely disappointed with this platform and won’t be using it again. We specifically selected a preferred cleaner based on the app’s assurance that they were available on the requested day. Instead, we received a notification that someone entirely different—whom we never chose—was assigned without any opportunity for us to confirm or decline. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning was far below expectations. It’s unacceptable to allow users to select a cleaner only to assign someone else without proper communication or consent.

Service allows you to very easily find the right person for the job you need doing.

Easy booking, fair price, great service

Found a great cleaner through Helpling, at a reasonable price. Deducting one star because it's not possible to make regular bookings less often than once a fortnight.

My order was cancelled 1 hour before the appointment. I had no option to complain about it on the app at all or request new cleaner urgently. The order was simply deleted with no indication that it had ever been booked

Good experience in general with the booking. Once they called me back and asked if I want the money back because the cleaner was very late (didn't expect anyone checks and follows up on this). It would be 5 stars if I could have more flexible time-slot ranges, eg: Mon - Thu, for 2h, in the timeframe from 3pm - 8pm. This way I'd get higher chances of getting the cleaners I selected.
