I have used Wisp multiple times now and absolutely love it. As a woman and a nurse, I feel like I have struggled to find fast, non biased, compassionate and “simple” healthcare at times. Wisp puts that at my fingertips. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences.

I love how easily accessible wisp makes these products for women. Getting on birth control was extremely easy and convenient. However, I’ve been having a hard time on the pill I received with abnormal bleeding (heavy bleeding with clots and extreme cramps) for over two wks now and I feel like I’m being brushed off just telling me it’s break through bleeding every time. I’m going to make an appt with an obgyn and most likely cancel my subscription because it doesn’t feel normal and bleeding this heavily with cramps, for this long isn’t easy and I’m getting the same responses over and over (I’m not sure if they’re just prompted or what) but my questions aren’t being answered. The fact that I’m getting the same word for word responses makes it feel like they don’t actually care.

Update: “what if my treatment doesn’t work” doesn’t apply to my situation. Ive been conversing with providers since my bleeding has persisted and have just been told it’s break through bleeding and while I agreed at first, since it’s been two wks, I no longer agree and I am going to be seeing a dr to make sure I’m okay. If it’s recommended to stop my treatment I will then email support to cancel my subscription. The response is actually a little more concerning than my whole experience to be honest. Also, asking support medical questions makes no sense when I’m already speaking to nurses on the wisp team…

It was an extremely simple process and pricing is reasonable. They even provided a good RX discount card to help with cost of picking it up at a pharmacy instead of waiting for a delivery.

The Ph balancing wipes I received gave me an extremely uncomfortable infection after multiple consistent use while traveling. :( Threw them away!

So seamless getting immediately prescribed and was able to stop an excruciating UTI in its tracks.

The consult was fine. Everything else was not. I placed an order initially, but was unclear due to your location terms if I could use your service. In the meanwhile I went to the store and bought all the over the counter goods. I tried to cancel immediately. It was confirmed to me 3 times that it was canceled. Yet the package came in the mail still. Not canceled. Now we're several hundred dollars into this with excessive products I don't need that wisp services confirmed was canceled and I would see the refund for. My frustration levels are high.

I do like that you get affordable medication for like HIV or Herpes but as someone with no insurance I was trying to get affordable birth control and they will give you a prescription but the actual medicine price at the pharmacy is still going to be very high if you don’t already have it covered in your insurance

Long wait times, ridiculous excuse as to why you cannot apply refills to a prescription. Over priced. Nothing good here. You need to rethink your business model. I will not ever recommend this site.

Got a prescription asap. Saved me all the time of WAITING to get into my regular doctor. There are some things a woman knows about her body that doesn’t need to have to go through the waste-of-time testing and waiting for results, etc. I loved that I was able to discuss my symptoms, we concurred on the diagnosis, and action was taken - prescription filled. DONE.
