Poor communication
I ordered the contraceptive tablets Drovelis through your online platform and received confirmation that my order was approved. I expected to be promptly informed about its status, but for more than a week I received no information. I had to call and send emails myself to find out when the order would arrive, since my current pack was already running out.
Only then was I informed that the product was actually out of stock. This should have been stated from the very beginning, instead of wasting my time. After all, these are medicines, not ordinary goods. The lack of timely communication created serious inconvenience and mistrust in your service.
I would like customers to be informed in advance about unavailable products in the future, in order to avoid such situations.

Not great! Ordered my medication and wasn‘t told it was out of stock - I did get refunded though once I had contacted hello eve.
