I had a tricky cart drawer issue on one of my product pages that turned out to be genuinely complex. Normie was incredibly patient the whole way through — she never gave up, kept troubleshooting with me. When it needed deeper technical work, she escalated it to the dev team, which is also amazing, and stayed on it until it was completely resolved.
She was friendly, responsive, and clearly cared about getting it working for me. The cart works perfectly now. Some of the best app support I've had on Shopify. Thank you, Normie! 💚
