I enjoy shopping on Hedgeapple. They have a large selection of items. I have only made 2 purchases so far but they will be my “go to” online store. Prices are extremely competitive and communication is quick and they will follow up with you all the way through to delivery. I have shared this store with people and they will also shop here.

Item came quickly

I provided a PO Box delivery address, and I was contacted within 24 hours and asked for a street address so UPS delivery could be completed. I am involved with 2 other companies right now who tried to ship to my PO Box via UPS. Of course, the packages were returned and now I am struggling to get refunds. Bravo to Hedgeapple for being able to catch address issues before they become stubborn problems for shipper and customer alike!! Also, the item I ordered is lovely and I am completely satisfied.

I initially left a low rating because the bowl that I received had flaws. Hedgeapple proactively reached out to me and made it right by sending me a new bowl in perfect condition. This is a company who takes customer service seriously. I will buy from them again.

Anytime I make major purchases and the phone rings to confirm the order, go over instructions and options for delivery and takes the time to personally inquire how I found the company and explain their history, philosophy, and focus on customer service I know I made the purchase at the correct retailer. So many times in today’s retail environment, I am just an individual with a receipt no matter how much you spend. Thank you for taking the time to call and thank you for the stellar customer service. You gained a longtime customer!

Beautiful Lamp goes perfectly well with the rest of the rooms decor and my husband loves it. Shipping was swift and packaging was in good order - the lamp itself was very easy to put together. very happy with the whole experience.

This Kalco fixture appears to have silver/nickel colored metal in the photo, but in reality, it is bronze. Beautiful bronze. I hesitated for a long time to purchase this because I wanted bronze to match my Kalco lamp. The absolute absence of the matching lamp/pendant in the same set eventually convinced me that the problem was the photo not the fixture. The opportunity to return the lamp if it was an error eventually sold me. I would strongly recommend a more representative picture be placed on the website. It would probably improve sales.

The delivery was prompt, and the fixture was packaged well. Although it was fragile, no damage was noted.

I received my pillow right on time and it looked exactly the way it should. I love it!

The price was great. They shipped the rug earlier than the estimated ship date and it arrived quickly. The rug looks great!

The bedspread did not work out . However service was good.

Item was delivered damaged, had to refuse delivery and send the table back. Super disappointed as we were supposed to host a dinner party that night.

One item was unavailable after ordering. i got an email with instructions to call them. The customer service agent was very pleasant, very helpful and after offering a similar item that would not work for me, got a refund underway which promptly appeared on my credit card. Will definetly use this company again.
