Used Heatsafe to install a new Navien boiler. Brilliant service, ensured all radiators were bled and checked, cleaned up and took away any packaging and old equipment. They do my regular boiler service as well and are first class and reasonable.

The two gentlemen who installed my boiler were superb. They were always super friendly, professional and always kept me informed during the entire process which was done super fast and everything was left very tidy. Very highly recommended.

After my home emergency engineer deemed by boiler irreparable, I searched online for a local company to install a new boiler. I completed the online tool and received a quote within minutes. I followed up with a phone call to Graeme shortly after and he was able to come out the same day to complete a survey. Rather than upsell, he recommended a slightly cheaper boiler than the one I selected but provided 2 quotes for me to consider. Install was completed a few days later, communication was great and he arrived at the agreed time and left no mess at the end of the job

After almost 1 year of do we or don't we and doing a bit of homework we decided to give
Heatsafe Heating a call for an estimate on a new boiler. From the minute i contacted them for an estimate and agreeing on a very competitive price the job was taken over by Dougie and Graham and the work could not have been smoother.
The morning of the fit they came exactly on time covered all my flooring with protective covering and kept me informed and agreed to any small requests i wanted. After commissioning the boiler they explained the controls to my-self and left our house very tidy, almost like they had never been here. Before they left they even had the guarantee registered with Worcester Bosch and returned to me. A big thank you Dougie and Graham and also Siobhan in the office who could not have been more helpful.

Interaction with Heatsafe was positive from start to finish. Boiler required replacement following accidental damage. Heatsafe engineer inspected the damage and provided quote and assessment for insurance purposes. Installation was carried out with high degree of professional care and in timely fashion.
