V poor service

V poor service. Very dodgy company Don’t use them
V late to meet us at drop off, then on arrival back to T3 our car wouldn’t start. Could be bad luck but when we called AA turns out they had already been called 2 days before by this company when the car wouldn’t start. Car was in a McDonald’s (?why) when the AA came to see it and had to tow back to parking lot. Company denied any issues Spent 2 hrs sitting in their portocabin waiting for AA to fix car. Very little security. Car keys left on the desk, completely chaotic. Website has great reviews but they must all be made up. Be warned.

They should not be allowed to operate.
Nearly missed my flight. They arrived 50 minutes after I had parked and yes I called half an hour prior to arrival. Some guy who couldn’t speak English was just wandering around the parking area. When he finally approached me he indicated I needed to pay for the ticket. I have never paid for the ticket. I gave him the ticket and my key and walked off. I honestly didn’t expect to see my car again. On return we waited over an hour in the freezing cold and once again was handed the ticket to pay to get out

Shocking Service- STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!

Shocking Service – Do NOT Use

Absolutely appalling from start to finish.

The car arrived 35 minutes late. We tried repeatedly calling the 0208 number — constantly engaged. The mobile number just rang out every time. Messages were left and completely ignored.

We phoned one hour before pick-up as instructed. We had no luggage to collect, yet we still waited 35 minutes from the first call before the car eventually turned up.

When it finally arrived, the vehicle was filthy — covered in bird mess and looking like it had been left in a muddy field. No apology. No explanation. No professionalism whatsoever.

This is an amateur operation with zero customer service standards. Avoid at all costs and spend your money with a company that actually values punctuality, cleanliness and basic courtesy.

Reliable Service and Friendly Team

We used this company yesterday. I know they have received mixed reviews and collection and delivery can take a little time, however our experience was very positive. I contacted them a couple of times by telephone and on each occasion they were patient and courteous. The drivers were also lovely. I have no complaints and would happily use them again.

Paid for meet and greet parking T3 departure, 6 calls following arrival only to be told their driver was waiting at T5, my wife had to leave her car in short stay parking as she would have missed her flight, this at a cost of £94per day

Despite requesting a refund for the meet & greet service and the addition short stay parking costs they’ve just ignored

Small claims court it is - absolute cowboys don’t use them just read all the other reviews too

If I could give zero stars then I would…

If I could give zero stars then I would my vehicle was damaged in the care of this company and they have yet to respond to my complaint. They are extremely unprofessional. Firstly, they were late to meet me at the arrivals even though I stated the time on my booking and gave them a 45 minute warning before I would arrive.
They did not do a walk around of the vehicle on return . The gentleman just threw the key at me and ran away before I could see the severe damage that they had caused to my front nearside mirror. I made contact with the mobile number that I had been given they passed on an email address and I’m yet to even have a response to the messages that I have sent so far please do not use. They should be banned from Heathrow DO NOT USE !!!

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SCAM!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!!
Not worth one star.
I had to pay parking for both pick up and return, only for these charlatans to take my car off site and return it damaged.

No response to email complaint. So will have my insurance company and their extensive team of legal experts take this company to the cleaners.

Not even a one star.
They took over an hour to pick up my car from me when I arrived at the airport.
I had to pay parking for both pick up and return.
They returned my car damaged and haven’t replied to any correspondence.

My car smelt of stale cigarettes when it was deliverd back to me

My car smelt of stale cigarettes when it ws delived back to me. I noticed that there was a recently smoked cigarette butt on the floor of the drivers seat. When they picked my car up from Heathrow the car was spotlessly clean, when it was delivered back to me by a very surly and unfriendly drivr it was totally covered in dust. Also factor in a additional £15 to the price as they make you pay for the parking for both pick up and drop off. Avoid using this company

Terrible service

Terrible service. We called an hour before we arrived at terminal 3 and was told where to take the car to drop it off, however, we waited for 45 minutes as there was nobody there.
On collection of the vehicle again we followed instructions and told them that we were at the baggage and he advised us to go to level four and he would meet us there with our car. We waited and called and were told five more minutes each time, however, we ended up waiting over and hour in the freezing cold. The driver then bolted and said we should email the company if unhappy. Email sent but no response.
Terrible company will never use again!! This is not a meet and greet!!

Appalling

The drivers clearly don't realise that modern cars have Apps which can show you where the car is and how it is being driven. If I didn't have an App I would not have been aware that the driver was driving my car at speeds of up to 115mph, or indeed that he was using it several times before parking it up. Appalling.

Terrible service!!!

The service in which these guys run is very unprofessional, I was met at the airport for my flight departure which went very well but upon returning I was left waiting at Terminal 3 for over 2 hours in the cold.

The controller explained that my car has a puncture and they will be sending someone to pick me up soon. Upon arrival at the carpark my car had been moved with the flat tyre and was left in the middle of the carpark with an electric car pump attached to it. I was left in the pouring rain to organise the AA and pay for the tyre to be changed, and this was not how I gave them my car!

The controller on the day promised to pay for the new tyre as they admitted that it was entirely their fault but up until now, all I have received is abuse every time I ring the office number and people constantly hanging the phone up on me.

I will never use these guys again and I will warn you guys not to use their services 0 out 0!

A lot of waiting

We have used lots of meet and greets at different airports but this company had us waiting 45mins to drop the car off even tho we arrived at the booked time and called 30 mins before arrival and on collection we had children standing cold for 30 mins waiting for the car to arrive. Not a great start or end of a holiday, wouldn’t book with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- even on pain of death!
On drop off there was no one to meet us and we ended up waiting 40 minutes. Had to get the others to go ahead to check in with bags and I waited -nearly missed check in!
On return -I had a family emergency so left everyone and charged through passport control. i called when on the plane, and the owner promised me he would have a driver as I said the otehrs are grabbing my bags and I'd be coming straight through -and still the car was not there! I had to call the office 8 times to whcih the owner was swearing at me saying 'you're not there waiting'...which I was!! I then waited another 25 minutes, on top of the time it took me to get from the plane. The guy who dropped teh car off to me couldn't apologise enouigh saying it was his first day and that these guys are just horrendous - trust me, they don't even qaulify for that Title. JUST DON'T!!!!!

Away for city break and booked a meet…

Away for city break and booked a meet and greet at Heathrow T3. Ended up bokking with this company as it seemd to be legittamate and linked to Heathrow parking. Some concerns at drop off but was excited to get away. On return to the UK it started to unravel. Only the one driver availble and up to 1 hour wait. I checked the cars tracker app and my car was parked on a main road near Stockley Park. Finally the car arrived and the driver couldnt wait to get away claiming he was the only driver working on that day. He gave me my key and car park ticket and ran off, and I mean ran, before I could check the car with him. No wonder he ran off my passenger front wheel was mashed. Clearly kerbed for a considerable length badly damaging the wheel and rubbing the branding off the tyre. I have been chasing Haethrow Platinum Parking for an exlpanation and to engage in compensation discussions but al i get is rude and abnoxious responses. Suggest everybody avoids using this company they are cowboys.

Horrible service and rude customer…

Horrible service and rude customer service. I left my car at the Heathrow meet and greet and got back noticing that they have taken my car on a 30 mile joy ride. Absolute preposterous! Car was left with them with 355361 miles on the odometer and came back with 35590!

Do not use!

Terrible service!! DO NOT USE

Terrible service! They took my car for a joy ride and I could tell due to the Apple tag left in the car. They then just left the car at the parking and left it there with the key for me to collect. Anyone could have stolen the car and when calling the driver just made a bunch of excuses.

Price quoted is not the price you pay. Add £15 for the parking tickets they make you pay for upon arrival. They aren’t insured drivers and purple parking who are much better for the same price.

Never again.
