Meet and Greet drop off badly signed…
Meet and Greet drop off badly signed for a stranger to T5 car parking. My one star is for the very helpful M&G staff when we eventually found it. This took 5 circuits of T5 and taking nearly an hour, including 3 visits to the Drop off Lane. This then cost me a £40 fine for 2 circuits which were not charged for when I visited the APCOA site and paid the demanded £6 within 24 hours. Apparently their computer's automated system can't cope with multiple attempts! Lesson - only use Meet and Greet if you have already been route checked out previously, and don't trust the ACPOA payment computer. Experience was on 22 / 04 / 2025 but web site not working properly!
do your research.
This company will collect your car from the airport, avoid paying the drop off zone fee by tailgating another vehicle through the barriers (you then end up with a fine) They will then use the money you spent on their site and park your car on a random street in London. (A lot of people have actually reported their car being used in their possession whilst they’re away)
once the business gets enough bad reviews they’ll then change their legal trading name and repeat over and over. You can see this because the director of the company (a 25yo mechanic from Pakistan) has over 6 of the same businesses registered to the same address.
This person is a scam
This person is a scam, if you want your car, dont leave it with this guy. Total crook
Changes companies every day, watch out...
The cheap price, you will totally regret it.
Trust me, I fell for this scam
Drop off signage disinformation
Drop off signage disinformation. Online payments only and ANPR controlled zone. £10 including ADMIN FEE WORTH £4. TOTAL RIP OFF
Short Stay Parking Poor Signage
I prepaid for short stay parking, parked in the short stay car park only for my flight to be cancelled.
Which actually turned out to be a good thing as I did not realise I had parked in the 'wrong' short stay car park. . .
Apparently there is another one for prepaid parking which is not clear and certainly not well signposted (I still have no idea where that one is).
So £32 for the privilege of parking in the wrong car park and £150 non-refundable carpark for my cancelled flight.
The good thing is, had my flight not been cancelled I would have had another £300 bill for parking!
Not the best experience, although looking at most of the issues on here I got off lightly.
It would appear most of the complaints around signage are given a good stiff ignoring by this organisation. . .

Do not use LHR parking if you want a stress free experience!
They were not there to pick up the vehicle, after numerous phone calls from varying mobile numbers and 30 minutes after pick up time they assured us they were coming, while on the phone to them we were approached by a gentleman who said he was here for the car, we gave him the keys and the barrier ticket and went to check in, while doing this we received a call to say they were 15mins away and could we leave the keys on the front tyre! We stated the car had been picked up, they replied not by us an if its gone its your fault! We were then in a panic, we quickly checked our bags and ran back to the car park, fortunately the gent we gave the keys to must have realised he,d got the wrong car and left the keys on the tyre and the ticket on the front seat (Thankyou honest man), we had to repay the ticket £11, we rang again to be told he was on his way, this time we had no choice but to leave the keys as we were running out of flight time. As we were going through security they rang again to ask where the car was! we told them and just as we were boarding we checked they had picked it up, they had. This could have gone wrong on so many levels! on our return we were told to go to a different terminal, This is Heathrow! many terminals wide apart, we said no, so was waiting another 45mins before we got the car. unprofessional company, discusting service.

Under no circumstances use this company. I left my vehicle with them for 2 weeks,I had to pay the £7.50 to get the vehicle out of the car park, again when I picked it up .only to get my vehicle back with empty cans spread around inside, radio turned up full and all seats moved , which in itself wasn’t that bad. When I got home I had a £100.00 fine from Heathrow because my vehicle hadn’t left the car park till 7 hours after I dropped it off. The land line number never gets answered, emails have gone unanswered, got hold of someone on the mobile number, he just said it was done to the manager. 😡
Premium Park LHT Don't use it. Poor Service.
Hi. Just used Premium Parking LHT meet and greet service booked through Compare Parking website for Heathrow T4 airport. I have followed instruction, paid exit fee to the driver. The driver from above company was late for about 25 min. I had to make a lot of phonecalls which was giving me a lot of stress. How suprise I was on the back home after my lovely holidays when I found a Parking Charge Notice from APCOA Parking saying : Use of Drop Off Zone without making a valid payment ! Looks like the driver didn't pay on way out.
DON'T USE PREMIUM PARKING LHT if you don't want to be in trouble.
Amendment charge for a cancelled flight...outrageous
I have to give my 1 star review based purely on the fact that having to amend my booking to arrive 3 hours earlier than originally scheduled (as BA cancelled our original flight and booked us onto an earlier one) cost me £54. That's ⅓ of the cost of the overall 1 week stay in Short Stay Parking T5.
When I called to see what could be done about it, given it wasn't any fault of my own, I was literally told and I quote "it is what it is".
Greedy little scammers.
Kar Parking Heathrow Do not use
Kar Parking Heathrow Do not use, they return my car in a state where the car need valeting. When question the staff who delivered the care back he was so disrespectful and unhelpful, very unprofessional
POD parking ridiculous charge
I paid for Long Stay parking at Purple Heathrow Terminal 5 for £62. I followed the road signs and parked in a long stay T5 car park. This was the 'POD' parking. After using this, I now know what a POD is but as it was an acronym, i assumed it stood for Paid, Prepaid or Purple etc. There was very little signage for the car park and did not explain what a POD was before entering and getting my ticket.
When i returned to my car they tried to charge me £288 (for 5 days parking), and i cannot refund my £62 for the other car park as the space was allocated to me despite me not using that car park. So they want me to pay more for parking THAN MY WHOLE HOLIDAY COST, all for a simple honest mistake by myself. Disgusting
TERRIBLE customer service.
TERRIBLE customer service.
A close friend passed away and I was unable to leave on a trip to Ukraine. They asked for proof which we sent and they then advised (Even though parking didn't expire for another 4 days) I contact my Travel Insurance Company for compensation! They have taken the full amount!! Disgusting service for a regular customer who spends a lot with them through the year. If you have another possibility avoid at all costs!
Car Broken Into
This is the third time we have used Heathrow.com parking at terminal 2. On each occasion we have not been able to get out at the barriers when we had prepaid. This time however we returned to our vehicle to find it had been entered and all the belongings had been taken out of our glove box and the car searched. Luckily there was nothing to take in the car. The worry is the car could’ve been driven out without issue.
Awful
Awful. The only way to describe this and basically all english airports is...

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Heathrow Parking. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel and requested a pro-rata refund for the parking I booked. The agent I spoke to was cold, lacked compassion, and flatly refused to provide any refund.
Not being able to fly was already a heart-breaking experience, and being met with such inflexibility and lack of understanding only added to my anxiety. I expected better customer care and reasoning from a service provider of your caliber.
I urge Heathrow Parking to review its refund policies and train staff to handle such situations with greater empathy. Compassionate customer service can make all the difference during challenging times.
T5 Short Stay Fast Track is a joke
T5 Short Stay Fast Track is a joke! It took me an hour to find the correct car park as the directions on the booking did not reflect reality, there are literally no signs for the correct car park until you eventually find the gate!
When I asked multiple different staff on the help intercom at two of the wrong car parks I went through they were so unhelpful in terms of knowledge of where the correct entrance was. AVOID at all costs!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
250+ attempts at calling after landing at Heathrow and still no sign of the car!
Absolutely do NOT recommend.
Terrible communication - phone number was rarely picked up. V late collection of vehicle despite 30 mins requested notice given (45 mins late - leading to lots of stress). On return, extra notice given (called them as we disembarked the plane) only for them to leave us standing in the car park for 45 mins - and they're only 8 miles away. Awful service, would not recommend.
ParkXpert gone bust
We booked through priority booking who booked us parking with ParkXpert.
On arrival at Heathrow we were told this company had gone bust 5 months earlier so we had to book parking in the spot with someone else.
Beware if you have booked with parkXpert they are no longer running.
Overpriced and Poor Service
Overpriced, under serviced, worst airport parking I've ever used. No spaces available after paying £90 for 3 nights parking. After 30 minutes driving around, a space was vacated by another customer. Empty buses drove past chaining they were drop off not pick up. Sage bus experience in return. Enjoy buses just driving past. Waited 20 minutes for a bus in each direction. Car Park is 15 minutes from terminal, night as well park in Uxbridge and get a cab. Trucks service and prices.
